Pros (+) Hotel is near the beach, location is very centralized.
Cons (-) TV don't work, toilet in room with no seat, hallways are wet from AC running, no Wi-Fi, dirty pool water. Rooms need to be renovated... Some fresh paint, toilet seat, cable TV and nicer bed linen would really make this a great hotel.
