Nightmare at the nest
One of the staff was nice, she seemed like the only one not tweeked out on meth.
I know you get what you pay for, but i first room was a disaster. we had to go int he basement where the floors were unfinished. The paint on the walls was chipped and unkempt. The entire hallway smelled like stail cigarette smoke. Then came to find out we had no hot water, they did upgrade our room free of charge, but it wasn't much better. The new rooms bathroom was disgusting. I had my 3 year old and my friend had her new born and 2 year old, i would not let them near the tub because it and the shower curtains were disgusting. On our second night the management and staff I'm assuming, were yelling and cursing back and forth, At about 11 at night in the lobby. The "complimentary" breakfast included, stail bagels, old bread for toast, and empty cereal containers. I didn't even want to try the juice. and with all this, we constantly had to go to the front desk because our room keys would stop working. I do NOT plan on staying here again, and I will NOT recommend it to anyone.

I liked the themed levels of the Hotel. I also liked the price.
Upon checking in the person behind the counter was pushy to get everyone checked in and I did not feel like a welcomed guest but a number. The shower in the room had not been sealed correctly and was showing mold. The water pressure was low, shower was not warm at all. The Iron in the room was not cleaned and some of the stuff on the iron after cleaning got onto my clothes. I was not able to get to sleep until 2:00 a.m. due to the biker group partying outside of the hotel. The bearkfast compared to most of the hotels under the choice hotel program was mediocore. I got much more of a choice than here.
