10.0 Excellent
Have been to Eagle Ridge numerous times and will probably be back again numerous times. We view it as a place to relax, recharge and rejoice.
Pros: Beautiful environment, peaceful, so Midwest. Several great food options, enjoyed the one we picked. Bar entertainment on Saturday night was rocking. Love the walking trails. Probably walked 6 miles and didn't touch half of the available trails.
Cons: Would have liked a late checkout option. When we asked on check-in, the clerk seemed a bit put off by our request. We didn't pursue it any further as we just wanted a stress-free, relaxing stay.
6.0 Good
was supposed to sleep on the sofa bed. The sheets inside were filthy. We called housekeeping to have the bed made up they dropped off sheets in a garbage bag inside the door. For the price we paid the service was terrible
Pros: the pool
Cons: When we arrived on Friday at 11 AM, I was the 9th person in line, with four more behind me. Waited in the line for over half an hour to check in. The room had no shampoo, conditioner or body soap. Just one bar of soap on the bathroom sink. Our daughter
