1. it's new and clean room. I expected something old, but it was really renovated (or new) and so clean (sometimes I don't see such kind of things in 4-5* hotels) 2. towels were changed every day 3. hairdryer, personal slippers in the room, etc 4. it's so cool location to stay. 5 separated bridges nearby, all sights nearby, etc
1. you can hear everything that someone says in the corridors/halls (but interior sound protection is ok) 2. no breakfast
Tiny rooms and super tiny bathrooms
Location and cleanliness
Had no hot water for 2 days. The rooms and bathrooms are claustrophobic.
The room was really clean and everyday they were changing the towels. Value for Money.
The room was extremely small. There was not even a chair for sit and tie your shoes. There was no table near to the bed so that you can leave your phone or your glasses during the night and there was no space for open the luggages. We had 2 small hand luggages and once opened there was no space for walk inside the room. You needed to jump over them. Unacceptable small rooms!!!! I need to mention that the room size that we received, was nothing similar to the one that we saw on the pictures while booking it. Moreover, outside of all the rooms there is an open kitchen so the guests could go and make their coffee. The only thing that separates you from this place is your room door. That means that since 6 o'clock in the morning there was noise of the people how made their coffee!! In addition the cleaning lady was sitting in the kitchen waiting for i don't know what and was playing with her phone and had the volume on. So every time that a notification arrived we could hear it while trying to sleep. Zero isolation!
-very good location -friendly staff -very clean
-the room window is few cm away from a street where there is cubical pavement, and cars cross early in the morning -> very first car crossing = wake up (06.00 at best). I have no problem with the hotel itself, but they should at least mention that somewhere so that I can chose to stay or not. I slept 5-6 hours/night because the bed was placed next to the window and the window was literally at the street level. -the breakfast is poor quality. They order some fast food/plastic wrapped food like sandwiches, pancakes etc, but you need to take it yourself and eat in the room or in the kitchen area. There is no classic breakfast with fresh food. By the time they give you the bag with breakfast, everything is already cold.
