Pros. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up nicely. The location is good. Far enough from the town, but easy enough to get to town. The pool and bar is on the premises. The views are good and they have an excursion office on site which makes it easy. The reef with use of their free kayaks make it easy to get to the reef and snorkel. It is a good value for the price,
Cons. The units inside are showing its age and kitchen facilities are sometimes not complete or not working. The beds are somewhat comfortable, but need newer mattresses instead of a memory foam topper. There is no onsite restaurant, but many near by which helps.
