that was the best hotel i stayed during my spanish trip. comfortable, great room, wi-fi, new design
Reception staff were very polite and helpful despite me not speaking Spanish. My room was cleaned and tidied to a high standard. Overall my stay was a pleasant experience. John Gannon
It's a good hotel, with good quality / price ratio. It is new, free WI-FI, clean, easy. They have bikes for rent (manual & electric).
The location it is far from the center and way up the mountain !! (only 6-7 euros by taxi). If you take the bike, you will be climbing the "Tourmalet"
Very nice hotel, reception staff were nice. Very clean hotel. 25 min walk to San Sebastian, very manageable but bus stop is just around the corner also which is very regular. Would definitely stay here again.
Very expensive but accomodation in San Sebastian appears to be so.
You need a car as it is 10 mins out of city, but there is also a good bus service which we used instead of car. Great coffee/bar in foyer.Balcony overlooking the city was nice.
Having a balcony was great, but it would be nice if it had a small table and chairs there.
Access to internet free of charge.
Breakfast should be self service like in most part os hotels.
There should be a bench for luggage where the traveller can unpack with ease. As it was--because there was no luggae bench, I had to bend down on the floor. I have a back problem, and bending is not good for people like me no matter how careful you are. You do need a car to get around. Although there are buses, it's difficult to find your way back to the hotel once you get the bus in (as I did). The signs to the hotels are too few and far in between--although they start pretty early in town. For brand new tourists, it is difficult to spot the signs and follow while watching for traffic.
Modern hotel with good facilities
Air con not very efficient and very noisy. Can't believe that a hotel can run out of butter during breakfast !! Quite away from town centre, but taxis readily available and only 6/7 euros
