Sandavágur Hotels

Good location, great views down to the town of Torshavn Limited facilities for a four star hotel. No bar or room service after 11pm Price quoted was different when required topay bill- charging a service supplement. This is a serious problem

Location, comfortable beds, very helpful reception staff. Needed a shower mat. a toilet brush would have been appreciated. As the best hotel in the country, it should have some execrise facilities such as a gym and a pool. If you are going to attract uk tourists, you need to provide some news in English.

The location was good as was convience. Staff was frienly and helpfull and everything necessary eas available Resturant could of had greater selection.

The hotel is very clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast is good and is served in a nice and bright room. As almost eveywhere in Scandinavia one can get free coffee or tea during the whole day. Finally, there is a computer with the Internet connection for those without their own laptops while on holidays on the Faroe Islands. The rooms facing one of the busiest streets in Torshavn with relatively large traffice (especially by Faroese standards). However, it is possible to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel which is much more quiet (we should have asked for it at the reservastion but we hadn't thought about it).

Staff were helpful and friendly!

The beds are typical of this region, quite narrow and the single rooms are claustrophobic

Very hand for city centre and other restuarants I would prefer if the beds were wider
