Great location close to everything! Cafe del Mar was fantastic. Amazing location, great value for money!

The air con did not work. A bit shabby rooms and loud guests. The room smelt and the shower. The kitchen didn’t work. There wasn’t toaster. The window didn’t work properly. The other hostes did a lot of noise when they came back from party at night. Pool could do with a clean, was looking forward to a swim but saw the dirt and grime at the bottom and gave up that idea. The toilet was broken in the room and didn't flush so was having to manually pour water in the top to fill it to flush it, reported it and the window that wouldn't close, window was fixed, toilet stayed the same. Some things easily fixed which shouldn't deter people from going there. Didn’t feel safe in rooms as door are rubbish and very thin. Showers were poor in the rooms not much water came out. Bathroom was not cleaned. Outdated room, too expensive. When we checked in there was a huge puddle of water in the middle of the floor which I slipped on and the reception staff had to come upstairs and wipe it up with a towel. The balcony was quite small however lucky to have one as some rooms didn’t. The room smelt and the shower. The problem of the payment of my stay, I made a reservation for 3 people, there are actions in my bank account that approve that there were changes of reservation and from the central of the hotels vibra, they were stubborn that we had to pay the extra person that we had requested, when I had already paid that extra, in the end we paid 1500euros for 5 nights in a flat that is not worth that at all! it is a very basic flat for the price that they asked us. I demand that you clarify with Booking because you work with them for something, I have already contacted booking and you have rejected our claim. The balcony door was broken and it was quite difficult to open and close it. Seems like the guests used it a lot and because it is a cheap door it was broken easily before. We asked to fix it the same day and the next day a repairman came, checked everything and told us that it's out of his competence and skills (obviously) and promised to call a special windows installing company. They could come in a few days but it was already out of our stay. Nothing wrong with room apart from air con wasn’t working the remote wouldn’t link properly to the air con so it wouldn’t get any cooler which wasn’t the best with 34 degree heat outside but this was only our room 017 the other 2 groups rooms air con worked fine. Our apartment on the ground floor along with 2 other rooms got broken into. €2000 worth of possessions were stolen along with €500 cash. The hotel and staff were very uncooperative in regards to helping us get compensated they will not answer the phone or reply to emails from booking.com. Booking.com are going above and beyond to try and help us. To say I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of customer service from Vibra Central City staff. Would not recommend for anyone to stay here for safety reasons.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were very helpful at all times. The staff at the hotel were superb. I dealt with 3 girls at reception who were all exceptional. The are a credit to the hotel. Staffs were extremely helpful and nice and it was my birthday they gave me gift! Love it. The staff were amazing. The staff were amazing.
