The staff is amazing, helpful, nice, professional. The staff was amazing! Super accommodating.

Lack of view. I could not call the front desk because the telephone in the room didn't work. I had to actually go downstairs to ask for more towels. My reservation was for 3 adults, but there was only one set of towels in the room. And there was no shower curtain. The very old mini fridge that was provided made a loud clanking noise intermittently and disrupted my sleep. There were 2 Bug waterbugs when we checked in. One under the sink in the bathroom, and the other in the cabinets in the kitchen. The AC was ok, older model, it worked but not like an AC really should have worked. Staff was ok but the hotel itself was kinda weird, Gloomy in a way. But that's my opinion.

The overall look and feel of the apartment hotel was very nice. The room was very clean, and it had hot water for showering. The locations and the courtesy of the staff.

No food service, but you can call many places for delivery.
