This stylish hotel is situated in a tropical rainforest resort and is one of the few hotels to be certified by the Costa Rican National Accreditation Commission for sustainable tourism (tourism with sense of responsibility). Situated on a meander of the Sardinal river, some 15 minutes by car from Puerto Viejo, the main town of Sarapiquí, it is surrounded by tropical heliconia and ginger gardens. The staff are very committed and the hotel is personally run by a Costa Rican family.
