The location was perfect for my needs, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable
It costs more than what I would have liked to spend (the exchange rate is murder), but all things considered, it's not too bad

They don’t have staff to carry the bags within the check-in and checkout. No heater in the room.

The location is great if you have a car: the parking is free. The property is huge, so make sure you follow the signs to your room. The room was spacious, everything works. The beds are comfy, we even have a balcony in our room. The breakfast was amazing.
The shampoo and the bath gel was not replaced everyday, but there is always the soap.

My office tried to book a room and was told hotel was full. I then went on booking.com and booked a room. Was a lot more expensive than the rate our company normally pay. I questioned the hotel on arrival and got fobbed off with excuses. My head office will be discussing this with hotel as not happy.

The room's size.
First day we must exchange the room due to technical problem of the balcony door. The reception staff charge my credit card with 100 euro at check inn for I don't know the reason and without notice me. I realize this when I checked out the bank statement back home.
