Arrive 45 minutes early. No one at the desk. Maid finally appears, calls someone and lets me into a room. 10 minutes later someone calls to get the paperwork done. I had a reservation. Heater doesn’t work. Get new room. Kill two cockroaches. Several other bugs. Microwave isn’t plugged in. Fridge defrosts, then turns into a freezer. Heater works though. Loose tiles in bathroom. Decided against going for a swim. Not sure they’re capable of keeping the ph levels balanced.

They are in the process of swapping furniture but it was no excuse for the level of garbage everywhere. The stairwell was loaded with garbage from top to bottom. My own room was not as clean as I liked. I found bugs hiding in the shower curtains, my sheets were sandy with human stains on them. I asked for a sheet change and it never came. The quality of room service varied from day to day. Some days I would get more soap, some days I wouldn't. The gym was bad too. They had broken machines.
