Cheap price for an amazing hotel. Clean and very nice staff!
A smart hotel on the edge of the centre of Seville, near the river, which meant it was very quiet at night but all the main sights were within a ten minutes easy stroll. I enjoyed the hotel bar cafe in the foyer, which meant as a solo traveller I didn't need to use the restaurant and could socialise with the local visitors too. Also it had a kettle in the room for we British early morning tea drinkers.
As with most hotels, a lot of noise transfers between rooms and despite it being November and not full, the Spanish visitors will eat late and will return home between 1.00am and 3.00am which can be difficult for light sleepers. Also the beds are very firm to the point of being hard with the solid spanish bolster style pillows, although they do offer a choice of pillow softness, which helps a little.
Convenience for getting about in Seville. Room very quiet for city centre.
The location and the cleanliness were excellent. The breakfast was great each morning.
pleasantly surprized lovely hotel very clean nice sized rooms good position in city close to all attractions lovely hot soft water very friendly staff
wife thought bed was hard and could not ajust heating
very clean.Comfortable beds, well furnished. NIce bathroom. loved the kettle with tea and coffee facilities.
Lack of Bar in lounge
being able to use the roof top pool and solarium
Excellent all round service. The position of the hotel in the city was brilliant. I would definately stay there again.
The meal in the restaurant was not the best, although the service was good.
The room: comfortable well-appointed and simple
No shade around the pool. Having specifically booked the Becquer because of the pool (for my grandchildren) we couldn't use it.
Close to all attractions, swimming pool on the roof!
The room was positioned on an inside courtyard so the natural light was limited, not a big deal, I guess you could ask for an outside position.
Although star ratings in some countries tend to be generous but it was really a very basic and a bit jaded for a 3star, The hotel markets its self as a boutique hotel, It most certainly is not.
