If you're staying anywhere in or near the old city, don't rent a car! Parking is very limited and streets are tiny (part of the attraction!) - everything is walkable or taxi/bus/Uber accessible. We used the car because we were staying for part of the vacation outside Seville - we returned the car when we stayed in the city.

Traffic culture was alright, not too aggressive. We were mostly on the big roads and highways. They do lots of left side exits and ramps and bundling 3 exits into one. My advice is to go slow so you don’t miss any and lose more time with detours.

I requested to change the pick up and drop off location and with no hesitation they did so. Also I realized that the suv which I reserved was to big and they were able to give me a smaller suv. Upon return of the car the employee( David)receiving the car offered to give us a ride to the taxi stop.

Worst experience i ever had. We booked the car 2 weeks before to make sure we had the car we wanted. On the pickup day, they told us they had no car left (no matter the categorie) and told us to try with the other compagnie there. We had to book with Europcar for 1000$ instead of the 300$ of our booking since we were last minute. Europcar told us that Enterprise are doing this to at least 7-8 persons per day. Never booking with them again. Waiting for my final invoice from Europcar to ask for compensation from Enterprise. Go with Avis or Europcar

Price was unbeatable - location for pick up when coming from the train station was uncomfortable, not at all convenient. But it should have been much better if there were cars available at the station. Admittedly, it was a very busy weekend..

The pickup process with Pedro went very smoothly. It would have been helpful for the car to be in a well lit area to examine for existing damage prior to taking possession. A suggestion is to have the CENTAURO staff accompany us to the car so we can agree to any existing damage. The drop off process with Rodan was less than satisfactory. We asked him to review the condition of the car with us while we were present and initially did not want to do it. He finally agreed to do so. Fortunately we video and photographed the car extensively. Rodan questioned the pre-existing damage even though it was marked on our rental contract.

Somehow my airport pick-up was switched to train station -which is not easy to get to. Fortunately the airport desk was able to switch things around for which I am eternally grateful. Staff was very kind and helpful. The car was just what I needed and in great shape. The overall pick up was very slow for everyone not just me with the location switch. Roughly half an hr per person. I've never seen it take so long before

Car rental was unremarkable except that the office in Sevilla airport gave me a helpful information sheet on how to find the location in Madrid airport that was totally wrong. Wrong address. Wrong information. Two years before, the location had moved to a different address. This caused some serious distress in the hours before my scheduled flight. I found it eventually, but was pretty rattled. Customer service was mediocre. Locations both difficult to find and get to. Telephone never picked up. Would not rent from OK mobility again.

Hertz in Europe is not the Hertz in USA but seems to be the low cost option. Terrible drop off locations. Will try to claim damage to car or tires. We were lucky our photos showed all the damage was preexisting. Need photos of tires too!

We were not quoted a correct price even though we gave all the correct information up front. We were quoted $1087 euros and were charged over $1700 ….this is unacceptable and robbery.

The reserved vehicle was not available A 90 minute was required to receive a smaller, manual-transmission, vehicle that was dirty and had very worn tires

El carro estuvo muy bien, pero me pareció mal que en la página sólo decía un precio de 35€ por un día pero al momento de retirar el carro nos dijeron que tomamos un seguro de 80€ (casi el triple de lo que costó el carro) o si no queríamos eso no tenían que bloquear la tarjeta por 1 MES 1500 € (tarjeta de débito). El problema no estaba en pagar, sino que nunca dijeron eso al momento de contratar el coche y cuando fuimos a retirarlo para viajar, nos pusieron salieron con estas condiciones que se sentían muy abusivas ya que no teníamos mas opciones.
