Aircondition bad, serious disturbance one night and no explanation, the rooms are too small, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, bad environment, not a good blanket, freezing room, mattresses were uncomfortable in twin room, the toilet couldn't flush well, room was freezing and setting the heating a nightmare, tiny room with no window, no table or chair in room, no desk or chair in room, check in could have been a little less abrupt, had to pay £2 for hot water for a coffee, little could bedroom, room was extremely small with 1 pillow each no toiletries and had to ask for towels
