In one single day I have no towel in bathroom.at 23 o'clock I have to go down to reception to pick up the towels.an accident, probably!

Rooms are beautifully decorated in nice, warm colors. All is very fashioned, design - modern bathroom and top quality which I did not expect at the Mercure and was very much impressed and pleased. Stayed at a more wellknown hotel the night before but will definitely choose Mercure Bristol Stuttgart at my next visit as the hotel rooms are much superior.

Perfect location for business. All necessary leisure & business facilities. Internet is not free but reasonably priced and works very well. The restaurant "Steakhouse" professionally serves very delicious food. Despite of some critics I have, this hotel is probably the best in the area.

Rooms & bathrooms a bit dated, in need of some refurbishment. Air-conditioning or ventilation is quite noisy. One day room was not done by 4:00 PM. Breakfast is too expensive for what it's if to be paid apart.

The staff were exceptional; very polite, cheerful and welcoming.

Location is outstanding, near Altstadt &numerous good restaurants. Some free parking behind hotel. Free newspapers, incl IHT. WiFi free in lobby, restaurant area.

A lot of Americans live in the area but they have almost no American customers. This was not a problem, just surprising.

The hotel had no bath tubs - and I actually asked prior to confirming the booking and was told that all rooms had bath tubs. We had to book another hotel for our stay in Stuttgart. Not happy!

We had trouble with our car, and the hotel manager was very understanding. He allowed us to leave the car on the hotel premises while we went home to collect a trailer

The kitchen was closed on Saturday night and on Sunday night as well. The telephone in my room did not work.

hotel staff is very nice, kind, and helpful. it is clean but quiet old. no renovation done.. easy to reach to the hotel.

Hotel Berlin is clean and a very good staff. There is also quite a bit of free parking and inexpensive garage. Breakfast was the typical German variety and tasty.

The layout was odd. The location was in a neighborhood and somewhat distant from other things. Not a big objection however

the room i was given was lately painted and smelled bad. i asked to change the room. they gave me a smaller room upstairs . the t.v. and hairdryer didn't work. they charged us 11.50 euro. for parking in the hotel undergroud,because we could'nt find a parking space outside. we thought 11.50 euro for breakfast was too much.

Small , friendly host, also a bar (without disadvantage of that), close to center of Sindelfingen.

Although it was a non-smoker room, there was still old smoke smell present. Toilet & bathroom at the hall , shared with 1 or 2 other rooms.

The hotel is located in the quiet area, close to the town centre with plenty of restraunts and not far from the train station. The Gasthof either has a free parking area and is ideal for those who travel by car. The owner of the hotel was really friendly and helpful, so it felt like we stayed at our relatives or friends) He offered us to use his laptop to connect to the internet for free. When we needed to call to the landline phone to book a car he also let us make a call from his phone for no charge. The hotel has a restaraunt downstairs serving really good German beer!

I liked almost everything about this hotel.

The one issue I had was a room on the main road side of the hotel, which was not as quiet as a rear room I had previouly stayed in.

This was our last night before going to the airport after a 3 week trip. We had forgot that there was a swimming pool and it was hot so that was a plus. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant and were tired so we had everything we needed there. The breakfast was the best we had in 3 weeks! I would definitely recommend this hotel and the value and price were very reasonable.

Only 5 euro for WiFi, smoked salmon for breakfast, free fruit in reception and free bottled water when checking out - all good value.

Charged for local calls used as part of a calling card. These should be free calls.

i didn't like that no reception representitive is available after 8PM,so it is impposible to expect any hotel services after this time.

The staff are amazing, personable, and cater to individual needs. I felt like I was staying with family. Very close to train system - perfect for getting around the greater Stuttgart area.

Good location for our purpose (close to the airport). Big, clean rooms, good breakfast with homemade jams, wonderful German sausages, good variety of bread.

Very friendly staff. Even though it calls itself "Garni" it does have a small restaurant serving a very limited (but tasty) dinner menu. I was also provided with free internet access in my room.

Very clean and well organized, friendly staff, nice area near a park/fields, 5 mins walk from the centre.

Window blinds too short, when the sun is up you can't dim the light that much.
