Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the MRT station and appreciate the availability of private rooms and convenient amenities like virtual key access. However, many reviews highlight significant concerns with cleanliness, especially in shared bathrooms, with mentions of mould and poor maintenance. Value for price is seen as average, with some guests finding it worthwhile and others considering it expensive for the quality. Noise from neighboring rooms and steep stairs are also noted as drawbacks. Overall, the location and room privacy are positives, but cleanliness and bathroom conditions require attention.AI-Generated from customer reviews
