A great hostel, unobtrusive staff, great facilities and the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in or seen.
Couldn't fault the place.
Green ceiling lights permanently on in bedroom makes sleeping difficult. Surely they should only kick in IF the power goes off. Feels like daylight. Other travelers mentioned this in the kitchen area in the morning. Otherwise lovely.
Beautiful countryside location. Stunning lounge. Great beds in family rooms with lovely garden views and very clean and safe. Loved having private en-suite. Would definitely stay again.
Couldn’t get WiFi in the family room furthest away from reception (tried both numbers). Would have been really useful to have oil to cook with.
Relaxed atmosphere , good parking facilities, excellent in house facilities, fantastic refurbishment.
The location is amazing, very close to the Horseshoe drive and Benwiskin and Ben Bulben mountains. it is very quiete, there is no traffic and you are in nature. there is also a beautiful garden. Staff are very friendly and care about recycling rubbish.
the hot shower did not work in the morning. The most annoying thing is the small green light in the ceiling, i think it is for the fire alarm and this light illuminates the whole room. the room is too bright at night. The hostel were full and they were all watching football in the common room so we had to sit in our bedroom in the evening.
