Pros: "I'm very angry that the ticket sold to me was British Airways and I was told on the airport by British Airways that I should check in at the Air Lingus counter! This is cheating and false advertising!!!"

Cons: "Because I booked through a broker and saved hundred$ I couldn't bid for an upgrade or use points to upgrade. Also transfer to international (Terminal 3 to 5) at O'Hare is awful especially because you have to go through security again."

We were in the air lingus lounge waiting for the flight and the gate attendant said she called our name on speaker which she did not . We get to gate and they say we are no longer able to board the plane"

Pros: "Excellent! They quickly offered to help me board the plane since I walk with a cane. This was my first time flying Aer Lingus from Chicago to Dublin with a connecting flight to Leeds and I was impressed with their service and efficiency. I noticed the flight attendants were attentive and courteous to passenger needs throughout the flight which was 6 hours exactly. I have flown on many airlines and the service on Aer Lingus rates the highest for passenger satisfaction. Look forward to flying them again. Thank you!"

Cons: "Due to a computer software malfunction our departure flight from ORD to Berlin was delayed 1.25 hours causing us to miss our connecting flight in Dublin. Very little updated information about our ETA was made available, the crew kept insisting that we were going to not miss our connection."

Cons: "My flight to Dublin from Chicago was delayed therefore my flight to Birmingham is even more delayed. Let’s just say, I’m really not happy. also, I had to pay to get my family to sit together and therefore ended up paying for some stranger ‘s seat. I will contact Aer Lingus"

Cons: "The flight was booked through Jetfly and I tried to change the date. I ended up losing the entire ticket. No flight, no money. I talked to Jetfly at least 8 times and they kept confusing things, delaying things, and were not very helpful which caused me to miss any available flights."

They didn't. totally inexplicable who i was dealing with...aer lingus operated by british airways. Aer lingus couldn't make seat assignmetns they said b/c it was BA. BA wouldn't deal with me. Someone else at aer lingus did deal with seats -- told me to straighten out at airport. Aer lingus at airport no help. Terrible"

Pros: "Loaded the plane from the back to the front which only makes since. Never got hit in the face by someone's carry on. Staff was very nice and clean cut. Looked and acted professional"

Pros: "The crew were friendly but one side of the plane received water, coffee & tea after the meal but the other side didn't until the last snack. Again, one side got a hot snack and then they ran out so the other side only got cookies in a package."

Cons: "Broken suitcase. I have traveled quite a bit with these hard sided suitcases over the past six years and witnessed some pretty rough handling. None of that caused any damage, so I am not sure what they did to break one down the entire length."

Pros: "They boarded us in a very timely, organized and quick manner. The food was delicious and the flight attendants were awesome."
Cons: "Sitting in the middle seats, the flight attendants missed us for water offers and our tv's seemed stopped having any sound. I believed they overheated. After a couple hours, they cooled down and went on again. It was a very cold flight. I was so thankful for the blanket and that I brought my own also."

When I called for an update after 2 days (the promised notification from you was not made) I was told it was found and would be brought by courier to my Airbnb. When I called again, I found out it had arrived in Frankfurt but I'd have to come back to the airport to retrieve it. I had to cancel some plans and inconvenience my family because of your inept handling of my personal property. Other people were in line at the service desk to report their luggage lost. I'm VERY upset. I will avoid Are Lingus and BA in the future. NO LEG ROOM! (Crying, wailing infants the whole 7 hour flight--not your fault, but no sleep for any of us unfortunate passengers)"

Seating was very poor for an overnight flight I expected more room and at least would have liked to sleep with my head on the tray but with the passenger in front of me leaned back there was barely enough room to get up and use the bathroom"

We have spent our first three days in england trying to find where ti clean sll our clothes and are afraid to pack in the smelly suitcas. Our holiday has lost three precious days trying ti remedy the results from Aer Lingus' actions. Person in front of us had seat all the way reclined into my husbands legs for the whole flight. TV too close to be able to look at any entertainment."

Pros: "The United has the option to stream on your device for this short leg. All you need is an app. It was very convenient. This is the future. Use your own device, headphones etc."

Cons: "The flight left about three hours late, which isn't really anyone's fault, but it would have been nice to be told more specifically what was going on (what the problem was, estimated time it will take, maybe ensure passengers that the airline is aware of all their connecting flights and are already placing them on new flights)"

Cons: "I don't like that if I get sick and have to go to a hospital and have to change travel dates, Aer Lingus has no policy to reimburse me for the flights I can't make. So I buy new tickets and lose the money on the old tickets. That is terrible customer service and makes other airlines more attractive."

Cons: "Aer Lingus lost my husband's baggage and 3 weeks later it has not been found. We had to buy all new clothes, inc a new suit for our wedding which is what we were traveling for."

Cons: "There were 150 people scheduled for this flight that only had 25 seats on it. All they could day was that it was either a glitch on the computer. Or a glitch when people bought tickets. Luckily I made it to Chicago on time, because I asked before everyone else found out. But you thought they would have told us way before the flight was scheduled to leave."
