All the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds. Full breakfast is prepared for you by John each day who truly enjoys taking care of his guests. Hope to come back, the service was top notch!!!
Friendly and helpful staff.
Older facility, being updated. Mid level motel but rooms are updated.
Don't come here
The free breakfast
Everything. Bathrooms not properly cleaned. Dirty bed sheets. Key didn't work and someone tried entering my room and opened the door at night! Good thing I had the dead lock and couldn't enter my room. Horrible.
I liked the price a lot. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
There was a cockroach on my bed I did not stay here no money refunded
Denied of Basic Needs, very old, but staff was fri
The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good for the price. Small refrigerator in the room.
Two of the three days we stayed there we had NO hot water to take a shower in! It was ridiculous! The hotel was not overly busy at all, and yet no hot water. We waited an extra 2 hours for hot water, and still none. Our room was very, VERY old. The carpet looked fossilized and was very dirty feeling. The microwave didn't work properly and our popcorn actually caught on fire! With smoke coming out of the microwave, I was surprised the smoke alarm didn't go off (maybe it didn't even work).
The staff was very friendly.
The bathrooms were a little on the small side.
Sights and sounds of a prison after dark.
I liked that the host went around and made all the meth heads shut up so I could sleep.
Paid for. Nights sleep didn't actually get to sleep untill 1 AM due to jumping up and down/stomping floor (room above us), slamming doors room (beside), loud talking (widespread) and someone would let off some kind of a loud woo like sound every minute or so like you would expect from the movie deliveranc . I Got a taste of "North Springfield" so I'm told. Don't stay there unless you want to join the party or tell the host ahead of time to calm the natives when the sun goes down. I've stayed in days inns that are nice but I do not recommend this one.
It was clean and the staff was nice. Free Internet and Continental breakfast. It was good enough for a last minute overnight stay.
The TV in our suite was old and was having a hard time bringing a clear picture in. Also, the chain lock was broken.
The location was very good.
The rooms seemed small, so that the air conditioner was blowing right on the person on the bed next to the air conditioner.
Robert the CSR was very friendly and Housekeeper were friendly.
Rooms to small Bathroom to small and beds to small
