The „Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin“ is one of the top addresses in the swabian metropolis of Stuttgart. Following extensive remodelling, the hotel inspires guests with a mix of timeless elegance and modern design. The 117 luxurious rooms and 38 suites not only offer mere comfort, they also exude an ambiance in which you will immediately feel at home. Red lacquered surfaces create exciting accents against the elegant dark woods – while the warm colour tones, leather and fabrics invite you to simply sit back and relax. The rooms’ technical equipment also leave nothing more to desire: flat-screen TVs with connections for notebooks and MP3 players are standard in every room category. Three restaurants offer Swabian kitchen to award-winning cuisine, an exclusive cigar lounge, a breathtaking spa, 11 modern conference rooms: the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin is at the puls of the city.
The gourmet restaurant OLIVO under the direction of michelin-starred chef Nico Burkhardt conjures culinary pleasure on the highest level. The amazing, delicate creations are inspired by french cuisine and interpreted in a modern way. Our sommelier will recommend carefully selected wines from our cellar.
For lunch and dinner, Zeppelino’S awaits you with juicy grill and seafood specialities. The meat is roasted at 800°C in the southbend infrared gas grill until incomparably tender and juicy. Enjoy this taste sensation also on our sun terrace or in our separate smoker’s room.
Those on the lookout for regional Swabian comfort will find just that in the ambience of the Zeppelin Stüble. Enjoy rustic regional dishes in a friendly atmosphere.
Location near the train station is very convenient
The wifi is a ridiculous joke -- very slow, drops constantly, and when I asked the front desk attendant for a room with good service, she put me in the room furthest from the server. I had to stand in the hallway to reconnect, repeatedly.
had very high expectation from it before we arrived due to its history & the introduction from the guide book. unfortunately it turned out that we only liked the location of it.
the management. stayed there for two days. toilet paper was almost out in the first day, but no additional was added. we had to ask for it by ourselves the next morning after running out of it. The heater didn't really work in the first day, either, even though it was fixed the next day after we notified the front desk during the night. The guy taking care of the problem at 4:00am after we were awoke by the cold temperature didn't seem to feel sorry about the situation. maybe we were being too polite during that time? obviously something wrong with the management of this hotel.
Very centrally located, neat and clean
it must be possible to go to the room before 15.00
I feel it is totally overpriced in comparison to other five star hotels. The rooms are smal. The TV is in a position were you cannot sit in bed on watch it comfortably.(TV being on the side of the bed, not at the feet end of it)
The Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin had lost my booking/reservation. It took me 30 minutes to check-in. When checking-out reservation was lost again. Amazing for a 5-star hotel: no room service from 10pm to 6am.
Location is very good near the main station
Price very high, they asked for more money to get a twin bed room instead of Double.
Location - great for the shops and the railway station. Very friendly staff - both the cleaning staff and those on the front desk.
We waited in the bar inside the foyer to be served a drink but the waiter didn't serve us - not really a problem as we went into the very friendly zeppelinos bar, which was part of the hotel, instead, but disappointing that the waiter didn't see us.
€35 for a toasted sandwich in the bar at night......
Customer Service, room was awesome
Nice room design. Good reception team
There is no place to held a meeting with guests in the lobby. For a hotel of that class the lobby is poor. There a special stage in the lobby reserved for VIP customers. This is not good.
