Cons: There was an error receiving the booking Kayak-showed a 7 passenger MPV and when i arrived the enterprise booking only showed for a Gulf-which they had- and had no 7 passenger vehicles available - there is a glitch in the software that ruined my trip- \

Pros: The price was good. The terms were acceptable. All in all it was an easy process that got me from point A to B and back again.
Cons: It was a bit dirty but I suppose I can understand that.
Cons: Return @ Stuttgart airport was an absolut nightmare: almost impossible to find the return location - so I called AVIS customer service and the condescending lady on the phone almost called me stupid for not being able to find it instead of explaining. But the worst was yet to come: when I finally got to the return point I get a guy with no identification that demands the key of my car and says he is not able to give me a receipt of returning my car because it was a car coming from Switzerland and that I had to just trust him...

Horrible counter service
Pros: Promised car ended up costing 200 euros more. They quoted the heck out of "or similar"
Cons: Counter help was unable to fill out a contract but promised that it would be ok. Ended up costing 300euros more that she quoted stupid me for leaving without a full computer generated contract
No car when I arrived. Kayak and Budget messed up.
Pros: Price was good
Cons: Had printed confirmation and email that car was to be picked up at stuttgart central station. Got there and they had no car for me and Budget system showed reservation was at a different station somehow. I had to take subway and walk there as they had no drivers that could bring car or take me there. The delay caused me to miss a tour.
The staff was very professional with the usual up selling attempts. It was easily accessible from within the airport. Staff spoke fluent English. They could find reservation with no problem.
Cons: There was an undisclosed deposit of 400 Euros required before the car keys can be turned over. This is regardless of the additional insurance I purchased.
