The location, right on downtown Tiluburg, besides lots of restaurants and bars.
Perfect location and very good breakfast.
The price is a bit higher.
I liked the staff at the reception and the cleanliness of the room
I didnt like that there was a nightclub underneath. there was loud music till very early in the morning.
The staff did everything to solve our problems which had nothing to do with the hotel. Very friendly and helpfull. A beacon of friendlyness in a unknown city.
It is in the heart of the small town of Tilburg. Good selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops nearby (i.e., just outside the hotel, 1 min walk). Given typical Dutch hotel prices, we booked it for a "bargain" (thus, good price/quality ratio, despite the problems I mention next).
The sound insulation is (very) poor. Thursday evening, loud disco music until 3 or 4 am. You also hear all doors closing/opening on your floor. We found the room to be cold (18 celsius). Breakfast is very average (small selection of relatively low quality products). Bad smell in the toilet. Parking advertised to be for 1 day: it is not!, they only give you one exit ticket (so if you leave the parking after 3h of stay, and then park the car there again for 1h, you are charged 8 EUR more). I found the internet to be outrageously overpriced.
the staff were very helpful and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated
the hotel is in the main city square which, for one week each year holds a large and noisy fair - unluckily we picked that week. The breakfast was a little sparse.
Breakfast was very good, and my friend and I enjoied it a lot. Our room was facing the square, which is nice to look at, but it was a bit noisy.
