Pros (+) The hotel was conveniently located near my family and also, conveniently, near a major highway. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Most people working here were competent and friendly, but one individual who worked on the night of September 4th, did not believe me when I said that my room had already been paid for and proceeded to charge me again for it. It took over a week to get that straightened out. Not impressed with that individual, but everyone else was great.
