Nice design & view, clean room and well-equipped, friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location to connect Shinagawa, one of main station in Tokyo.
A little tiny space.
Location are really comfort to go everywhere
Design of the rooms
Didn't have breakfast as we had to leave very early every day. The front office staff were helpful. Rooms clean. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel was good. Even the vegetarians were satisfied.
The TV channels are far and few. The TV Remote should get the award for the most complicated hand held home Remote in the world. Limited room service menu.
It is close to Shinagawa station. We can reach the hotel by JR Narita express train directly. It is very easy to go to the interesting place by JR train and subway. There are many restaurants around the hotel and station.
Location. staff. Nearby restaurants
Small room but typical for Japan.
