Everything very clean and new, good value for money, delicious free bananas and bread for breakfast, plenty of room in the pods, fantastic location and very organized, large and very comfortable beds, english speaking staff, accommodating and friendly staff, roomy capsules, nice and clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, good location, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities, very affordable, very near to Shin-Okubo Station, nice location, near the train station, exceptional location.

There are better cheaper capsule hotels, common space is too small, some dirty areas, water in shower went cold, mattress is a bit too soft and not clean on the side, moldy bathroom/bathroom mats, very small and rather crowded, very early check out, inconsiderate individuals staying at the hostel, cold showers, no elevator, no social scene to meet other travelers, dirty capsules and floors, disturbed by others coming in late, rooms might be too small for some people's taste.
