The rooms were comfortable and we did have BBC 1&2 TV. The hotel is very well presented and very clean throughout

Our visit was in November therefore a little chilly and several shops and bars were closed. We wanted a hotel close to Malaga as a base however we found the hotel was not on the main bus route to Malaga. It was necessary to take a taxi to the local train station costing 8 /9 euros

Great location just by the beach. Very clean room, great views from the balcony. Perfect with a frige in the room. Good breakfast with lots to choose from. Lovely pool area. Very nice and helpful staff. Extra plus for storing our luggage during our last day.

Location was perfect. We didn't have breakfast.

This is one of our favourite hotels. This is because the hotel is ALWAYS very clean throughout, the staff are always happy & friendly and the location is great. The beach directly opposite is sandy, clean and has very comfortable sun beds. The hotel rooms are spacious, well equipped and most rooms have lovely direct views of the sea. Breakfast is fresh and again, everything is very clean. It is a small, friendly hotel and highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at the finest hotel in torremolinos supposedly. I prefer this one because of the smaller scale and genuine friendly staff Absolutely fabulous for the price

Churlish to nitpick but if pushed shower heads are old and need replacing, previous time I stayed the mattress was too hard so ask for a less hard one if it matters to you- they accommodated me this time. I don’t think any Spanish hotel I have stayed in gets the mushrooms and sausages right for an English breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel before but usually for 1 night only, so this visit was really nice to be able to use the pool and just have a restful time

The location is directly opposite the beach at Torremolinos , and 22euro taxi trip to/from the Malaga train station

Great location, very clean poolside facilities excellent but poolside bar closing today 13th October for the season, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels , loved it will come back again

The place was spotless all staff from reception to cleaning friendly and welcoming. Special mention to the staff they changed a mattress for me in 20 minutes I have a damaged shoulder and needed deeper cushioning without this I would not have slept! The hotel is very quiet small pool and garden area clean and well kept with no rush for sunbeds. The breakfast was ample with plenty of choices.

The sausages at breakfast Frankfurter type and very small not much taste to them. Comfy chair in room too small ideal if you are 5' and under, very small and minor points from a great stay.

Arrived well ahead of check in time hoping to leave bag in and come back to check in later at the start of a short stay. Guy on the desk went one further and checked me in only had to wait a short while. Excellent and deeply appreciated. Room wand hotel in general were spotless. Breakfast was excellent. Room overlooking the sea front with the morning view of glorious sunrise. The only thing that concerned me were previous comments on air conditioning. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Was there in early September lovely. Nice relaxed spot. Lovely staff.

Insulation in the walls very poor, could hear everything going on in adjacent rooms, snoring etc.

Spotless clean. The housekeeping have done an amazing job. Got a sea view room and managed to get the beautiful sunrise at 8am every morning. The hotel Is waking distance to the train station like 10 mins walk to the old town and station. A big supermarket just behind the hotel. Always enough sun lounger for everyone and the pool is big enough to swim. The breakfast is okay but no complaint for €9 breakfast with everything you need for breakfast. They have a very neat and clean shower room after you check out so you can go to the beach before your flight. But book with the front desk before hand.

Liked everything about this hotel

The pool area is lovely, the hotel is bright and clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is well located for the beach and bars and restaurants.

The breakfast tables weren't cleared when we sat down, the waiter was doing his best, but he could do with some help!

Lovely sheltered garden with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was excellent. We had lunch there most days sitting outside at shady tables and there was a nice choice of both hot and cold food on offer. We asked for a low room and were given our request on both visits.

Can’t think of anything that needed improvement.

3rd visit to Hotel Isabel and as usual the hotel was excellent. Always looks spotless the hotel is kept in great condition by the management and staff.

location front line. corner room with large balcony. Hotel very clean and the staff overall were really friendly. Nice laid back atmosphere. Hotel was small and very relaxed. Excellent bed. view from the balcony straight over the beach and saw the sunrise most mornings which was special.

Sun loungers around the pool were very low for those of us with back problems and the actual sun canopies over the beds were very low down and fixed.

This is a quiet small hotel with a nice location in the area. The pool area is comfortable with space enough for the hotel guests. We had a front sea view room and this I would recommend. Size of the room is fair and you have your own fridge. In addition they also serve a good breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. . Staff were excellent. . Very friendly and helpful, our room was smaller than expected however had everything we required. . breakfast area was lovely with an excellent selection of foods. We will definitely return to hotel Isabel.

The only negative to note is that shower doors are worn and need replaced, and the water leaked out. We were also disappointed that we couldn't keep our room till later and although the hotel offered a room to use, we were told it was 30 minutes per couple which was not enough time to freshen up and change.

The hotels location suited all our needs with many places to eat and drink right on the doorstep

The location of the hotel is key! just at the beach so was the best choice we made.

They have a smallish pool, but the location at the beach is what makes a strong case for this hotel. Apart from one staff who was very rude to the kids, everyone else was super friendly and nice. This one lady staff threatened to throw the kids float away! that was a shocker, but we handled her, though my kids were shocked at her outburst especially since everyone else was super nice to them!
