Pros (+) Incredible ocean-front view from Pacific Spirit suite. Prompt response to all requests. All staff we dealt with were excellent.
Cons (-) Balconies of neighbouring suites needs privacy dividers. Some sort of door stop mechanism on balcony door - slams wide open or closed in a breeze. Window-opening mechanisms need work - 2 of 4 non-functional. Bar-size fridge too small for longer stays if you want to make your own meals

Pros (+) Didn't eat here except in the lounge for Happy hour. Was good and reasonable. Rooms were huge and a wonderful view of the ocean.
Cons (-) King size bed was too soft and a bit lumpy and should be replaced.
