The size of the room and the bathroom was really big. The location is great, near all the restaurants, supermarkets etc. You can get to the park by walking.
It was really cold inside, why to not add a heating device? Very noisy: we've heard everything what's happened inside the building and outside it, why not to change the windows and the door? The kettle and the fridge share one socket, why not to add a tee or an extension cord? If you want to turn on the kettle you have to turn off the fridge and vice versa! Also if there is a kettle why there is no tee or coffee? All this weirdness happened at the most expensive room. Surprisingly what supposed to be the best option is destroyed by these little defects.

Our room overlooked the large main square and so we watched and photographed the activity there including a wonderful hot air balloon festival. Supermarket was handy next door although there is a better one across from the square and through a small park area. Banks nearby also. Fast food places in area but we thought area a bit short on restaurants
Would have been nice to have a balcony but a rare find in Ukraine.

The hotel is located directly in the city center. Shared bathrooms are divided on the toilet room and the shower room and they are both clean and comfortable.
There was no air conditioning in the room and it got quite hot.
