7.1 Good
Pros: Location, walking distance to food, drinks, shopping
Cons: Cost, plumbing issues, elevators, sound issues. Super expensive, but the location is great. It's the only hotel in the heart of downtown, that's why they gouge ya. Jerks.
9.1 Excellent
Cons: My adult daughter did not sleep well because sound carried via room vent from room next door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a wonderful stay we had. The staff was caring and attentive, The on site amenities were great, a couple of restaurants and bars, as well as a breakfast place. And just blocks from everything we needed to walk to.
Cons: The concierge level upgrade was probably not worth the price for our stay, the room was a very comfortable but normal sized.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Value!!!!!
Cons: No cold drinks available in the morning. We are not all coffee drinkers.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms with great kitchenette.
Cons: Location is too remote to walk to any bars/restaurants.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: In the morning the person very nicely gave me a map to get to a breakfast place.
Cons: Beware of the road construction, not their fault, but its a mess. Upon arriving there we were told no breakfast was being serve, it showed on my receipt we were supposed to get one. We reserved a room for three people. I guess no one mentioned that we were all supposed to share one bed. The staff smiled like Cheshire cats when I mentioned that my son was going to get his own bed and said nothing to us that we were going to end up sharing a king. The dvd player remote had no batteries and when my child was in the shower, part of it fell on him. Overall, very disappointing, oh and my allergies went haywire from the dust and animal dander in the room.

7.1 Good
Pros: Relatively clean, nice place to stay for a night or two.
Cons: We were placed in the corner on the bottom floor and, particularly on Thursday night it was quite loud (I'm fairly certain it was the room above us that was having rather loud intercourse). You could hear every time someone flushed their toilet, which was typical, but could be obnoxious for some. I also found the bed a tad firm, but this is also a personal preference rather than an actual problem with the hotel as a whole.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived after midnight and the front desk spent time suggesting places for my sister and I to visit the next day, even though it was very late. Also, the beds were very comfy and stocked with plenty of pillows. Overall, very happy with my stay.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Very clean Comfortable beds Staff was very welcoming and positive New hotel Room was small but had everything we needed Excellent price Late check out of noon instead of 11 like most places Right off the highway near Kzoo
Cons: THe only reason why I didn't give this place 5/5 is the walls are very thin. We could hear a lot of what was going on in the rooms above and on each side of us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable
6.8 Good
Cons: Very loud, walls are paper thin. Would have had a better night sleep in my car in the parking lot.
6.8 Good
Cons: NOISE that impacted my sleep so much it ruined my days in Kzoo

7.7 Good
Pros: Very nice kitchen, loved the bigger refrigerator. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, best I've seen in a hotel.
Cons: Pool and jacuzzi were out of order the whole weekend. They were one of the big selling points for me on this hotel and we never got to use them. Hallway down by pool reeked of marijuana. Went to leave Saturday evening and the car next to us had two guys smoking a joint in it. Couldn't go in or out of the front door without walking through a bunch of people smoking.

Pros: Service at the front desk from James was wonderful!
Cons: Indoor pool was too small to swim laps.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice to include breakfast! Good selection, variety of items.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean. Breakfast was very good the only problem I had was the hot & cold was opposite, they knew it but no one told me until I finally went down to see if I could shower in another room cause I thought my room didn’t have hot water. The lady I checked in with was super nice & very personable & even printed out a map to help me get where I needed to go.
Cons: The lady on first shift never got off the phone while talking to me. I felt like that was unprofessional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Short walk to food, comfortable to sleep, eat, relax and repeat.
Cons: Unsure why they needed to charge a security deposit for room damage, when they should have a signature giving permission to charge if damage on exit. Seemed like a scam, to acquire funds, and then fail to return them. Leaves guest having to check that it is refunded to their account.

Pros: Breakfast. Gym.
Cons: No ice machine apparent on second floor. Slow clogged sink. in kitchenette Shower curtain too short and missing magnets.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Was very clean and nice pool and jacuzzi everyone where nice
Cons: I lot a kid and to much noise and the hole way kid where nakking at the doors
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Found an large-ish piece of trash (that was unidentifiable, but resembled seaweed balled up in a clump) under the bed skirt around midnight. Brought it down to the nighttime desk clerk who did give me a $10 discount off the room. Thought my worries were over. Was I wrong. I was awoken around 1am by very angry men swearing at each other and repeatedly slamming another man against my closed (and thankfully, locked) hotel door. This went on for about 5-10 minutes. As a woman staying by herself, I was quite scared. The next morning, I told the manager I would be canceling the rest of my stay due to the situation last night. She proceeded to tell me that the men who were outside my door last night were frequent customers, and that "they were perfectly harmless, but you didn't know that". Worst customer service I've ever had and worst hotel stay ever.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Remote control was wrapped in plastic, had hd tv but they didn't spring for had channels, couch dirty
4.2 Okay
Pros: Nicely updated design of the room colors and bed linens.
Cons: Attention to room details needs to improve. The room we stayed in (316) had grout missing between the floor tiles in the bathroom. The main light in the room didn't come on, but just flickered. The light fixture in the bathroom was falling off on one side. The mattress was not firm but lumpy (but was somewhat mitigated by the soft mattress topper). all of this I could have lived with better had the the price not been so out of line with what we are used to spending for much better maintained facilities--which would be more in the $80 a night range. As it was we got a "deal" through Kayak on the room for just $113 for the night as opposed to the $135 a night we would have had to pay when I contacted the hotel directly.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Rooms were large
Cons: The pool was disgusting and looked like it had not had a good cleaning in a long time. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and tge pillows were lumpy and not comfortable at all. Overall very disappointed
6.2 Good
Pros: I felt I was listened too when I had an issue. The room size was very nice (double queen size room)
Cons: The pool heater was broke and the water was very cold. My youngest had blue lips.
7.6 Good
Cons: How uncomfortable I felt using the jet tub. I wish there was a way to know that they actually clean them thoroughly. I went down to the front desk to get sanitizer myself. Half the reason we came was for the jacuzzi, and the jets didn't even work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hot tub
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quite room, Good breakfast. Ideal location for access to family and the highway. Liked the fact that workout room was available. Great room location, high floor away from the elevstor.
Cons: Our was a hot tub room. Even though it was a suite we did not have a table or a sofa.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was large and we needed the pull out couch.
Cons: Room was not very clean, shower didn't work (dribbled out and made horrible screeching noise when turned to hot.) Metal trim on headboard was hanging off, nasty. Pool was small and hot tub was disgusting, seats covered in yellow grime.
6.5 Good
Pros: Very convenient location to where we were visiting friends, restaurants, stores
Cons: Bedding was dirty. Received dirty washcloths from housekeeping (looked like cleaning rags). Left our brand new phone charger in the room after checkout and nobody from housekeeping turned it in.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, staff was friendly
Cons: Continental breakfast could have been better
4.0 Okay
Cons: Our car broke down on I-94E so we had to get a room for the night. The next day when we asked to store our luggage for a few hours while we were waiting for our car to be ready the front desk attendant seemed put out. Also we didn't realize the checkout time was 11:00 and someone knocked on our door with a rude comment. It would have been just as easy to politely notify us and acknowledge that we were rushing as fast as we could to get out of the room. Perhaps more training is needed to better understand the difficult circumstances their guests may be dealing with. We had a very difficult 24 hours and they didn't make it any better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room, friendly staff.
Cons: The woman running breakfast had no clue. When we got there, there were no hot entrees. I asked if we could have some more scrambled eggs, and she explained that there had been a rush, and it would be a small wait. Fine - until I looked around for something else to eat. No fruit, no knives, no milk, no oatmeal. The trash was overflowing. And in the middle of it was this woman asking everyone who came in if she could help them, then explaining that she couldn't.

Cons: I was very disappointed with the breakfast. An inn owned and operated by a professional chef with a lovely French name should be ashamed to serve croissants that tasted like store bought white bread and the dry, burnt scrambled eggs were inexcusable!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful b&b with lots of charm.
7.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful old home and great location.
Cons: As with any structure that's over 100 years old, there were a few things that could have been better... Our sink dripped all night, the antique bed was terribly squeaky and the hot tub was out of service.
6.0 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: There was an odor of urine in the room. There were a lot of dead and live bugs.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The interesting history.
Cons: Needs some TLC.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The castle is full of beautiful detail
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The historic charm
Cons: The TV kept glowing at night. I do realise that most guest wish to have TV in the room. Perhaps a good, low cost solution would be some sort of ' curtain' to hide the TV. Maybe some guests like me also like the feel of being immersed in the past sans TV.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very charming and historical hotel/home, my room was lovely (The Italian Room), and the hot tub on the roof is amazing. The complimentary breakfast is also very nice!
Cons: No

Cons: A bit noisy. Bar should stay open until 10. Breakfast during the week needs to start before 730.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The price thru kayak. Breakfast was descent. Front desk lady was nice
Cons: Had to go to front desk for extra pillows etc. Wouldnt bring to room. Pool was cold and scummy. Rooms need repainted, bathroom toilet paper was a partial roll. My opiniom it should have been replaced for cleanliness. Heater wouldnt work correctly.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: The fact that I didn't get towel service. When i finally called down for new towels I was told I had to come get them. As I was checking out towel service was offered. The first day breakfast lasted an hour before they started putting stuff away. The next day food items were missing and I asked for a replenishment of certain food items and the lady told me she couldn't find the can opener. But you just had the food I requested out before I came down. Why can't you find the can opener. I felt they wanted to leave and didn't want to open another can of the gravy I requested. I will not be staying there ever again! I stay in hotels for a living and this was one of the worst.
