The hotel is well located near the ciudad de las artes y de las ciencias, shops and great variety of restaurants and cinema. It's within a 30 mins tram ride to the old city. The accommodation and breakfast was perfect for a weekend visit. Plenty of free parking locally.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and good location - quite expensive for what it offers. The morning view from room is also highlighted, and the staff at the reception is very helpful and nice.

The room was advertised as a sound-proof room and yet it was opposite a construction site, and therefore the room was not quiet at all. There was a significant amount of noise from the construction works throughout the morning and into the afternoon. The stay was therefore not pleasant and peaceful as I was expecting. The lobby was often busy, the facilities basic, and the staff could not speak English very well. The room was advertised as a family room, with up to 4 guests able to sleep there, but I would not describe it that way, there was only 1 double bed.

Breakfast was good; close to the city of arts and sciences; staff was friendly. However, the selection offered was quite poor. Also, during the night, there were disturbances from other guests, and the walls are like paper thin.

The hotel is located above the shopping center, within a 10-minute walking distance to different shopping malls, Hemisferic, Museum of Science, and Oceanographic. It is also very central and close to the beach, with easy access to public transport for exploring the city.

Several guests recommended choosing a room with a view, especially those facing the city or the nearby attractions like L'Oceanogràfic and Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms were not well soundproofed, so bringing earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers.
