Pros (+) As a single male traveler, met my needs for price I paid. Tired/dated/worn decor, shared bathroom, but worth it if you only need a room to keep your stuff in while out and about exploring/sightseeing for the day, and to sleep in at night, vs. spending time in the room lounging.
