Pros: Everything was so wonderful. Maria is a really hospitable hostess. She even wrote us before our arrival and suggested to meet us. The room was large, clean and had comfortable layout. There was a large balcony (we lived at the second floor). Maria cleaned our room and changed towels every day. The furniture are in ideal condition. The rooms are on the outskirts of the small city, so it was quiet. There was a private parking zone so we didn't have any problem to leave our car.

What can be go wrong:) perfect sea view rooms with balcony, a very clean room and silent place. Market, restaurants and beach is 15 min bu foot 3-5 minutes by car. And Maria, she is there for anything you need.

Pros: I was in home, the studio was so comfortable, safe, 100% enjoyed every moment! The view was amazing, the room was cleaned every day, new towels and welcome sweets, everything was made with love. I have no words to thank to Maria. She saved my life and waited with me 5 hours in the hospital emergency. And she was so calm and supportive, left all her tasks, but still managing also to take care of them and her guests, very well organized. I'm so happy I met her. She loves her job and love the people. I would always choose Maria rooms when I visit Chios again. Thank you from my heart!!!

Pros: We stayed there just one night, so I can't say so many things but we were happy staying there and the owners of the villa dad and his daughter were accommodating and welcoming. In a short time, they spent so much time advising the best place in Chois. As well as, breakfast was so good and the best tea I drunk during my 9 days Greece holiday including Thassos, Halkidiki, Athens and Chois.
Cons: I don't remember anything that made feel uncomfortable but it’s an ordinary a hotel don't expect to much good things. Thanks for their host.

Pros: It is a beautiful hotel, very centrally located. The breakfast served is very good. Ronald, the owner, is super friendly and helpful with anything that comes to anyone’s mind. Pros: We really loved the building itself which is a a characteristic building. The hotel has 16 rooms in 2 floors. Well located next to the airport, 2 supermarkets and easy drive to beach and Chios center. The open buffet breakfast was quite fresh and good enough. Free parking. Rooms are clean and big enough. What we most liked was the attention and hospitality of the owner family : Ronald and his daughter Elizabeth. Special thanks to Elizabeth who has given us great recommendations on the restaurants, beaches and sightseeing. Being able to speak in Turkish and English if you wish... I definetely recommend for your short visits.

Pros: It seemed to me that the hotel was in the middle of a forest looking to Çeşme from above a small hill but at the same time it it was just inside of Karfas, from where all favorite landmarks were easily reachable by foot

Pros: George, the owner, carried our heavy suitcases to our room, which was so kind. I think we were given the best room, #5, on the town side of the building which had a little balcony out the side and then a big balcony in the front with a beautiful view of the town and bay. So very bright and breezy with the windows open. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom decent but dated. There was plenty of room to put things away. The breakfast was decent with the typical Greek things. Even though we did not have a car there was good parking in front of the building. The pool area and patio outside the reception were pleasant and the the wifi excellent. A steep walk up the hill there is a bar with a fabulous view of the bay and town. There are mastic trees growing by the pool where you can pick up a piece of mastic and taste for free. For the price, location and kind owner, I would stay at this place again when I return.
Cons: For two days, no one cleaned the room. Since there was a sign not to flush toilet paper but put it in the waste basket so we had to empty the waste basket ourselves the next day. We did not complain so I guess it was our fault as well. The worst thing was there was no wifi in the room. For some reason, everywhere else had great wifi, the breakfast room, the patio of the breakfast room and around the pool. There is a steep hill to access to the beach which is only 5 minutes down the hill where you can use sunbeds and umbrellas if you buy a drink. The negatives do not out weight such a beautiful location and pleasant ambiance of the place.

Pros: A unique property, beautifully restored and ideally situated in the heart of the Kambos. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a great bathroom. Breakfast features much of their own produce and is utterly delicious. The orchards by the house are beautiful to walk in and there are lots of places to sit on the terrace. The hosts arranged car hire for us and gave good tourism advice about where to go and what to visit. We loved staying here and were disappointed that we had to move on as a longer stay would have been better.

Pros: The owner of the appartement sent me a couple of hours before arriving an e-mail with some details. When I arrived, everyting was perfect arranged. A nice appartement, complete with everything you need. The appartement is very close to the centre of the city and to the beach. Parking was possible near the house. Even in the fridge was something to drink. Also the breakfast next morning was very good. So a very complete appartement for a nice price.
Cons: My advise would be to place some small lamps in the appartement. Now there are only the lamps in the ceiling. There were candles in the room, so no problem at all to make it a good atmosphere.

Pros: Everything was great about the place. We stayed there for a week in July. Marinos is a very friendly guy and was very helpful with info and everything we needed. The place itself is on a small hill overlooking Karfas bay and 3 minutes walking from the beach, which offered great views from our back yard and a nice fresh breeze, so that it was not too hot even in July. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: like me if you like to go swimming with a few steps right after waking up in early morning, this place is just for you. the sea is only 5 metre away, and there is almost no road between you and the sea. this is the most fantastical part of this facility. the staff is very helpful. if you tell them that something is not working, they fixe it right away. for example, the cooker and the air-condition were not working when we checked-in. we told nikos, and when we returned from sea all was working very well.
Cons: the lighting in the room is very bad. the lights are too white. the shower is too small. wifi is not working properly all the time. if you don't like noise, choose one of the apartments upstaris, because people using steps make too much noise. and also the apartments near the blue note cafe-bar are also very noisy during the night.

Pros: This is the perfect cost effective room for the solo traveler. It has a bed, a decent bathroom, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a staff who are friendly and who keep the place very clean. If you get the port view, it has a good view as well. I was really impressed with this place and I look forward to staying here again when I have to stay in Chios City. It's very close to all of the stores and great shopping that this city has to offer. Thanks to the staff for a great stay!

Cons: I asked for a anti-alergic room. they said all of their rooms have a good air circulation. but there is only one big door/window. Since I booked a cheaper garden view room they gave me a room at down stairs. In advance, I've tried to talk about my situation but seems like they didn't care. I thought if i ask for anti allergic room they would at least give upstairs garden view room. I wanted to change the room for the next day. But my partner didn't wanted to move because of our staff, so we couldn't change the room. If you have allergies be careful and ask for upstairs rooms. They should give more description about the rooms.

The total travel time from the city center of Chios is 10 mins buy bus.There is a very clean crystal water in front of the hotel.(1 min by walking) There are one pizza shop and 2 markets next to the hotel. Vrantados is the rightest area for people who likes silence.

Pros: The room has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very convenient, the view is very nice. The location was good for us by walk to the beach and only 7-8 km to the chios centre. the area is nice silent and a few restaurants. The lady at reception was very kind, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely prefer here again, and recommend as well.
Cons: nothing.. may be there may be a kettle in the kitchen.

Pros: Location! I travel to chios often and like to stay in Karfas because it’s so convenient. Very close to the city and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff at this hotel was wonderful and friendly. Our room had 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen and living area which was perfect for us and our 2 children.
Cons: Beds were a little hard for my taste.

Pros: Very clean, very quiet, beautiful sea view from up on a hill, free parking, internet... everything was very satisfactory! The hotel upgraded our room to a seaview toom which was such a nice gesture. Great value for money, basic but it does have everything you need.

Pros: overall look of the hotel was nice. Outdoors of the hotel was refurbished. rooms still looked a bit old but it gives you a different feeling. so it was also nice.
Cons: I asked for a anti-alergic room. they said all of their rooms have a good air circulation. but there is only one big door/window. Since I booked a cheaper garden view room they gave me a room at down stairs. In advance, I've tried to talk about my situation but seems like they didn't care. I thought if i ask for anti allergic room they would at least give upstairs garden view room. I wanted to change the room for the next day. But my partner didn't wanted to move because of our staff, so we couldn't change the room. If you have allergies be careful and ask for upstairs rooms. They should give more description about the rooms.

Pros: Almost nothing. It has free car park. We arrived early then check in time but rooms were ready. Check in was easy. View of one of our room was good but the 2nd room was not good. There is a pool in the hotel but we didnt use it.
Cons: Hotel is very very old furnished. I had a electric shock due to very old power socket. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom is very dark. There was a mini bar in the room but was not working. I will not choose this place again.

Pros: Especially always smiling lady on the desk was so helpful. When we needed any help , her and her mother always helped us. The total travel time from the city center of Chios is 10 mins buy bus.There is a very clean crystal water in front of the hotel.(1 min by walking) There are one pizza shop and 2 markets next to the hotel. Vrantados is the rightest area for people who likes silence.

Cons: there is no elevator in a hotel which has 3 story, You have carry all luggages by yourself. The Air Conditioning system dates to 1960's and was not operational. So it was unbearable to sleep in the non A/C rooms, They dont have a breakfast room, breakfast is served in lobby area which is quite small for a hotel like that. Breakfast was major point to make reservation for me, but the food quality was too poor. The products were cheap and not tasty. the shutters in the rooms are making a lot of noise since they are wood and really old.
