Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and spacious accommodations. The location is generally convenient for visiting Petra, though some found it a bit far from the main entrance or city center, requiring a car. Several reviewers highlighted beautiful views from the hotel and restaurant. However, there were complaints about noise from the street, maintenance issues in some rooms (like plumbing or broken amenities), and inconsistent breakfast quality. Despite some negative experiences, the overall impression is positive, especially regarding service and cleanliness.
