Pros: Very friendly, attentive service. My husband and I stayed in Jordan for five nights and with The Petra Moon for three nights after being recommended by family to stay there. They organised our taxis and tours for our whole five day trip around Jordan and couldn't help us enough with anything we needed, all the trips were faultless. I was over the moon with our stay :) !

Pros: Staff was friendly/helpful. Two double and one triple rooms easily accomodated seven of us. Everyone satisfied with breakfast. Multiple electric currency options helpful. The staff helped facilitate transportation back to Amman. Visited Petra for the day.
Cons: The visitors center was unable to accept credit cards day of our visit. At 50 JOD per person, its a bit challenging for come up with 350 JOD in cash. ATMs have limit of 250 JOD.
Overall a great choice for exploring the monuments of Petra
Pros: Location next to the entrance to Petra monuments
Cons: Reception staff: Cold and impersonal
Pros: Right next to entrance to Petra site.
Cons: No wifi or internet in rooms
When visiting Wadi Musa, Petra Guest House is a great choice to consider. For a bite to eat, guests can check out Guest House Restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a terrace are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer 24-hour room service and LCD TVs.
Pros: It was very well kempt, especially for the price we paid.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good breakfast, several good restaurants were very close.
Cons: The rooms are right above the street and there was a lot of traffic noise.
Pros: The best part of the hotel was the gregarious manager Mahmoud, who is very likable and tries his hardest for his guests. He can arrange anything that a guest needs, from transport to food. I only stayed for one night, but there were no problems, and the hotel is situated in a very good location in Wadi Musa.
Cons: Internet is not free, shower curtain in bathroom didn't do a good job of preventing the water from getting all over the floor. Also, the restaurant that Mahmoud 'recommended' was slightly overpriced and I felt like they were trying to rip me off.
Pros: We arrived very late and had forgotten to phone ahead to confirm our late arrival. The owner had given our rooms away, but made a very big effort to help us get new rooms and then transfered us to Petra the next day, etc. Was very nice management
Pros: The staff asked repeatedly how that may assistance us with any needs we may have. Lunch was packed for us which was major convenience as Petra is an all day trip. Would stay there again on a return trip. Location was absolutely the best one could ask for.
Cons: This is not an upscale hotel, but you are there to see the sights and meet people. It is a great place to do what you come there for.
Pros: Mahmoud the manager was a real character and would do anything to help.
Cons: Shower and bathroom very basic, not dirty but barely usable. Whole place has seen better days.

Pros: Close to Wadi Musa centre. You will need to either walk to Petra (about 15-20 mins) or take a taxi which varies from 2-4JD one way.
Cons: The internet is only available from the lobby and it's a slow connection. The worst part was the shower stayed mostly cold and went luke warm for about 5 mins before going back to cold and it was trickle of water. The shower curtain did was not long enough so the bathroom flooded. The room always had a film of dust and the carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for a while.
Pros: Located about 5min drive from the entrance to Petra. Between small supermarkets and restaurants; atm nearby. Good breakfast, good bed.
Cons: Noisy with a Mosque nearby (yes I know, like in the rest of the Middle East but isolation was bad) and animal noises in the morning too. Tv wasn't working, no hot water.

Pros: The staff of the hotel specifically Mr. Moayad- the night auditor was so very helpful. The dinner we had at the rooftop restaurant Thyme was excellent.
Cons: The rooms we a bit small and austere, but adequate. The air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the room.
Pros: location and staff
Cons: I purchased off Priceline. My initial room was located on the basement level where the hotel puts staff. The room was horrible! Second room a little better. Internet didn't work as per the hotel website.
