I'm not from Atlanta, so it's hard to comment on the location or relevance of this hotel, but its access to major roads and locations suited us fine. Plenty of pillows were provided, which helped the bed out some. The toilet was very squatting and short, and the bed was "excessively firm." Its difficult to truly recommend a hotel that has an uncomfortable bed, but the price was right, so I can't complain too much.
If you just need a place to sleep you can not beat the price.
Great value. The essentials were done well, which is something a lot of "fancier" places will fail. Got a safe, clean, worry-free place to rest my head while we vacationed in Atlanta without breaking the bank. Location was great, travel to and from Atlanta was not a big deal and it's right next to highway without any noise or light pollution. Beds were good. Like, nothing will dazzle you but you'll be pleasantly content :) Staff at office was very nice. My only little quips was that I did encounter 1 german roach the first night, but thankfully was just a one-off, and rather them than the American/palmetto variety. Toilet lacked flushing power, even with cautious flushing was troublesome. Other than that, again I am extremely satisfied with what I got for my money, the essentials were done well.
The room (and the property itself) was very clean and well kept. Nothing fancy (not expected for less than fifty bucks a night) The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, but again.. At less than fifty bucks a night, a plush luxury pillowtop mattress and hypoallergenic bedding isn't to be expected.
It had a bed and a shower for a low price.
The room was clean, and the amenities included for the price were great! It was close to the city, but also provided a break from the sirens and traffic. It was perfect for a nice place on a budget. Highly recommend! The pool could have been a little cleaner, but there wasn't anything drastic enough to stop us from enjoying it!
Nice, clean, safe, convenient. I was very impressed.I enjoyed myself. Oh yea it was also nice and quiet and they have security cameras.
Nothing terrible hotel I asked for a non smoking room and when I arrived the room smelled really bad with smoke odor
The staff We weren't told about renovations being done and only 1 elevator was working at one point
Staff was nice and it was pretty clean. There was no fridge. I am a breastfeeding mother so when I pumped i didnt have a place to store it.
The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. My wife and I had to make a trip to the Atlanta and thought we would take a few days and relax, shop etc. This hotel was close to plenty of places to eat, (fast food, casual and fine dinning), and plenty of shopping. People stated in previous reviews that the construction was horrible. I had read a review that mentioned the construction and requesting to stay in the higher floors since that is were they started the remodeling. I used this tip and asked to stay in the highest available room, the attendant stated that he had already put me in a room on the 10th floor which is the top floor. My wife had no idea there was construction going on until I mentioned it and pointed out the sign. One day while in the elevator as we were passing the fourth floor, we heard a saw. We will recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again. The coffee pot was only a single/double serving style pot. There was coffee made up downstairs but it was to be purchased.
everything didn't have the free breakfast bar like most hotels of your caliber
Room was clean and bed was comfortable! I loved everything!
I honestly cannot for the life of me figure out why this hotel is a four-star hotel. Our room looked like a room in a Days Inn and felt gross. I also had to wait 30 minutes to check out because no one was at the desk at 10am. I was not pleased or satisfied, and I basically paid too much for a two-star motel.
Staffers were EXTREMELY friendly, I need to mention this waitress at the restaurant named Lynda, her service was OUTSTANDING, fantastic service treating customers like they were part of the family members. She really touched my heart!!! Bathroom is a bit outdated, counter surface has cracks, having to go downstairs to the lobby to use the microwave is also a bit of inconvenience.
Staff Room very old and walls were derty
The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were so soft and the bathroom was very nice. A small room but very beautiful. -The pool was small -wall paper was pealing off a bit -could not get any food after 11pm
Hotel staff was excellent. Overall hotel was great. Spent only one night and had a great time at the indoor pool with my friends. I would definately recomend hilton hotels!
We had a great experience at the Hilton. The rooms and bathrooms were updated, modern, and comfortable. I was even more impressed when I had to call the hotel after accidentally leaving a few pieces of clothing in the closet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and within two days, my clothes had arrived at my doorstep via UPS. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you're looking for a great place to stay with convenience to Duluth, Norcross, and the surrounding areas.
Most of the Staff was friendly Our pillowcases had a black stain and a black hair on them. Staff was apologetic but could not assist worth remaking the bed. Brought the wrong size sheets and could only offer a drink in the bar as a remedy. We don't drink. We also told a Manager during checkout and we're told that he would pass the information on.
Great free breakfast. Renovated bathrooms. Stylish room. Easy, free parking. Overall clean. Located in a very nice area. Stains on the carpet in front of the sink. Pillows a bit uncomfortable. At check-in, we were not greeted promptly. Instead someone sitting at a table had to go get someone to check us in.
Rooms and facility was clean Staff was Friendly Nice breakfast
The breakfast was great with lots of options the room was clean and very comfortable. I will stay here again next time I'm anywhere near norcross. I enjoyed my stay! the only thing it can think of is the hot water was very warm but never got hot enough to actually to give you that super hot feeling. On full heat it was just warm.
The hotel is very nice. It is a little out of the way if you are coming from downtown Atlanta; however, that seems necessary if I want a reasonably priced hotel.
It was very nice, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. N/A
The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were so cute! They brought us a mini frige and microwave upon request. The security was awesome. The hot tub was nice. I will definitely keep coming back to this hotel. The only thing I didn't like were all the little kids who were at the pool/hot tub until closing at 11pm. But nothing that made me want to leave.
It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. The staff were very professional and polite, the security was amazing( anyone without a key cannot get to guests rooms on the elevators or the fitness center), the overall atmosphere was absolutely stunning. Beautiful hotel and very much worth the price. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
The views of fireworks, location. When I first arrived, at the check in the customer service was poor. The staff family was also at the counter using profanities to the staff member helping me. It was very disruptive I had to ask them to repeat my instructions repeatedly. There was no fridge which was disappointing. My room was not cleaned daily, I had to call and ask. The last night the heater in another room on our floor made the entire floor smell like something was burning. I was ensures there was no fire but the children woke up because of the smell and were concerned which ended in a sleepless night. We stayed here because we just moved to Georgia and have no furniture in our house (waiting for moving truck). Needless to say we did not enjoy our stay.
The rooms were very clean and well kept. Loved the checkout at 2p option for no additional cost. Staff was friendly. Rooms were modern and up to date and the shower was amazing. Definitely would stay there again. Nothing I didn't like at this hotel.
My first time here was wonderful!! We came for theThanksgiving buffet and stayed over night...on the expensive side but definitely worth it!!!
It was clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful with any questions and always greeted you. The hotel is in a great location to access I85 and many restaurants and stores. The room was a nice size (king size room). On two different occasions my room was not cleaned by 4 pm. I informed the front desk and it was addressed. Also, I stayed a week and I think that my bed sheets were changed very other day.
Nice facilities and on site dining. Walls are wafer thin. I could hear the tv, conversations and shower head in the adjacent rooms and all the conversations. I couldn't get any sleep until they all went to sleep around 3 am
I liked that it was close to Resturants and little shops, the rooms were super clean and bed was beyond comfortable! Staff was rude, they put the card on file for the $50 which is understandable but when I left to check out there was a new sign that said I owed $5 extra per night. That was never mentioned and they automatically took it off my card without asking.
Everything was wonderful! The rooms were clean. The staff were super friendly and willing to help with anything they could. It was in a more quiet side of town which was a nice plus as well. I would definitely stay again and recommend to any family member or friend. We loved everything about the hotel except for the fact that it was a little further from downtown Atlanta than we would've liked. It's about a 20-25 minute drive. Overall though it was well worth it for the price and the amazing service! I would definitely stay again!
I have stayed at several Hampton Inn's over the years and this is probably one of the best one's, period. Super clean. SUPER friendly. The breakfast in the morning had a tremendous variety. The location is awesome! We were 30 minutes from the Georgia Dome, 25 minutes from Dekalb Farmers Market, and 31 minutes from Marietta Diner. The room made me feel like I was in a 4 star. If you have the means, I suggest this hotel 100 times over!
Room was great. Very neat and clean. Our mini fridge did not work. Once we notified the front desk they had checked and replaced with a working one within only 20 minutes. Great job!
I would totally recommend this hotel either for families or for those on business trip. Very good quality for the reasonable price. Beautiful area around, very quet place, the hotel is pretty new by itself. The breakfast though standard was not bad at all, the breakfast area is pretty big. The hotel also has a small gym and an average size inside heated swimming pool (a little bit shallow, but excellent for kids).
Breakfast was great, waffle flipper was a must have haha. Bed was super comfy and clean. Mini fridge was put to use. Guest services were very nice and as accommodating as possible. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again. My room was located on the second floor above an exterior exit directly below my window, so when guests went outside to smoke, we could smell a faint cigarette smell coming from outside. Worst smell to wake up to when you're a nonsmoker, don't recommend room 219 solely for this reason. And someone needs to teach those girls how to hardboil eggs properly, picky, I know, but they need to be shocked with cold water directly after done boiling so you can actually peel them easily without that weird film from the interior of the shell, pet peeve.
Everything other than the cable. The actual room itself was pretty spacious. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Tv in initial room had trouble connecting to cable provider. So we had to change rooms
1.The furnish was nicely put together, i would love to own a bed like theirs. Literally, fell right to sleep. 2.The fridge was small but perfect, it didnt take years to get my water or beers cold. 3.The staff was delightful! 4. The television graphics was amazing, HD nice. 5. room was nice and cold throughout the whole trip. 1.Honestly, i dislike the breakfast. For the name "Hampton" i would expect great quality of food and different choices (Not everyone eats pork) but im still a meat lover. 2.Didnt like the fact the pool area closes so early. 10pm really? 3.No shower caps at all. 4. They should definitely have a basket for the dirty items, throwing on the floor seem a bit... tacky
It is so convenient to the highway and stores and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. The feee breakfast was great and the dining area was clean and nice.
It was a nice room. Everything was adequate. Staff was a little curt. Maybe she was just busy. Bed was too firm for me.
The beds were really comfortable. No breakfast included.
Everything was wonderful hallways had a weird smell. Room was super clean nonetheless
The hotel was clean and recently updated with modern decor and furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. Our teenage son had no complaints about the sofa bed, and our queen bed was heavenly! There's a nice pool area in the center of the campus. It was too cold for swimming during our stay in February, however, they've smartly built a cozy open fireplace with lots of chairs and sofas next to the pool. If you're coming into the area in the evening, you should have little to no traffic problems. I think everyone's leaving the city at that time. We arrived during Friday evening rush hour with no problems at all. This made the location a smart choice for us to stop overnight along our trip from up north to Florida. Also conveniently located right next to several restaurants and mall stores. Must be older plumbing. Although the facilities were clean and modern, our shower temperature changed wildly during early morning times.
Looks like it was recently renovated
The free breakfast was good, room was clean and location was good. The only complaint we had was that housekeeping came to clean room but did not replace dirty linens
Location, breakfast, staff was friendly (although not very helpful). Found roaches in the kitchen and dead bugs under the pull out bed couch. Smelled weird. Outdated.
Self parking was a plus. Surrounding area nice with little to no traffic. Safe location. Free breakfast was nice. Staff very pleasant. The bees were bad. Eaves of buildings were not treated and it appeared they were nesting there. The trash cans in parking lots, entrances, and pool seemed to attract the bees also. We weren't able to enjoy the outside amenities bc of them.
They gave me the worst room in the hotel, the tv was outdated, room smelled like weed
Nothing. website is very deceiving. the place smells and carpets are very dirty. Breakfast is horrible, please and please do not buy this hotel.
Pool Clean bedding Nice staff Complimentary breakfast! Parking Roaches (My biggest fear! I read reviews b4 I purchased this room; other ppl were complaining abt the roaches...Unfortunately, I ignored the reviews, but it's true! My husband killed a roach in our room.) Really outdated Non working tv remote Needs new carpet
Hotel should be condemned. Disgusting and filthy
Hostile desk clerk smell towel rack fell off almost no tp go on the bathroom door blood or sauce ion the room wall ?? stained carpet missing light bulbs tv remote dead tiny square pillows, really square pillows ???? hvac misfuctions
I was able to get my money back after finding out the pool was broken. The room hadn't been updated in decades, it smelled gross mixed with a artificial floral scent to cover it up. Walls and floor were dirty. The hotel interior walls were concrete/plaster and smelled like mildew. The staff seemed indifferent/annoyed, but I can't blame them because they are probably used to dealing with upset guests constantly. The only reason we came was for the indoor pool, we got our family of four into our swimwear, made our way down to the pool to find out it was out of order. We were able to get our money back and get a room somewhere else though.
I loved their rooms clean and neat Nothing everything was fine
I like nothing about it It was terrible the bed was hard not to mention the people that were next-door I write loud ghetto and it was the worst experience ever they woke me and my husband up at 4 a.m. which we decided to check out
Free Wifi Old, far
This was an old hotel. Old furnishings. Staff was easy to work with. Refund was easily processed.
I DIDN'T STAY 5 MINUTES IN THE ROOM I COULDN'T STAY IN THAT OLD HOTEL NOTHING HAVE BEEN UPDATED EVERYTHING FROM THE HOLE IN THE WALL THE THE OLD MATTRESS TO THE RUSTED MIRROR AND WEED SMELL IN THE HALL I REFUSED TO STAY THERE I LEFT SOON AS I CHECKED IN
Easy to find I felt the front desk hotel staff was rude and very unhelpful. Some of the things we called down for were simple and we never received them. The housekeeping staff was pleasant front desk was terrible
All around awesome time. Having to leave
Everything,and more Everything and more
Toilet was running.
It was clean and didn't smell study like some hotels. The bathroom is out dated. You can see where they tried to cover up missing dryway... Stains in the tub. I stayed in two different rooms. And in both the bath tub had stains in the bottom of it. I didn't feel comfortable with the bathroom area at all. Also the breakfast had cheap items... Not like quality food for a bargain, but it was so generic really.
This was a typical Courtyard type hotel. Comfortable enough for a short stay. Lady on front desk was very nice, but she had worked a triple shift and had not even gotten to change clothes. That is very extreme and poor management. Breakfast was nasty! Poor choices, could not even eat the omelet - cold and very un-tasty. Bacon way under-cooked. AC was VERY loud and kept waking me up. Put us on the front and the marquee lights were shining directly in our room so had to pin the drapes so the light was blocked.
Breakfast, comfortable room. Found hair on the toilet and a few on the flor.
Very clean with large room The curtains are sheer and dont block much light. There was a bright light right outside our window from the pool area that made it very bright in the room all night
The upkeep of the hotel was very clean and reminded me of a really nice apartment home community. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful I'm setting up my event in their conferrmce room. I payed for a room that I did not get! The air conditioner did not work. The night staff female was RUDE! Something aupposedg wrong with the room I requested and instead of them contacting me or telling me when I checked in, I had to find out when I walked in the room.
The hotel was very reasonably priced and nice, convenient location next to 85 for holiday weekend. Room was very spacious and nice accommodations. Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast was not half bad! Room could have been spruced up a little more in terms of cleanliness and the bed was not comfortable... Needed a new mattress
The facility, staff, accommodations The $15 surcharge or finance charge that is charged to a credit or debit card on location at time of check in after payment online was not specified in the reservations. Disappointed, and I was told it was released/refunded at check out but have yet to receive it.
The staff was nice until we wanted to check out earlier. It was outdated. It smelled bad when you walk in and hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed. Carpet and bathtub were very old and Nast looking. Also wouldn't give us a refund because we wanted to check out early.
The location was ideal. Right in the middle of everything I needed. There was also a traffic light so leaving and coming back to the hotel was not difficult since the area can be congested. The cleaning team, I had several items moved to a different location in the room and/or trashed. On Sunday before check out we took a few bags out to the car and when we came back the maid was already in the room cleaning. We still had bags in the room.
The hotel is across the street from the satellite office for my company, ideal. Have visited several times, and recognized by staff and always made to feel welcome. The hot breakfast is always enjoyed.

Staff members were great. Friendly and helpful in each encounter. Could be refreshed and minor repairs needed to the floor tiles
I stay at this hotel frequently. The room includes a full kitchen that is clean, well stocked with dishes and has a dishwasher! There is a very nice breakfast and breakfast area; and the staff is always extremely nice! The hallways and public areas are beginning to get a bit worn. The rooms are always clean but the hallways look a little dirty.
The room was amazing!! Spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Our keys kept deactivating. The staff wasn't at the front desk for 10 mins to help us get our keys reactivated. Odd smell in room. Housekeeping forgot to bring us new towels.
Clean, kitchen, large space Far away from downtown

Location. For what I needed to do Two things first saying I didn't pay for my room Secondly on check out day the cleaner came in my room before check out time plus with the do not disturb sign on the door waking my daughter
Comfortable bed Not aesthetically pleasing, outdated
The staff was outstanding. We arrived early but no problem, the front desk staff got us checked in and in the room in under 10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly, from the day manager to the cleaning staff. We will definitely stay here again next time we The bed did not seem to be a king as booked. It seemed much smaller than usual.... Maybe a queen.
The space The room I first stayed In had roaches in the bathroom called to speak to manager but he or she had left so we were just moved to the building across the street didn't spot any roaches at the new room but hated I had to pack all my stuff up again
The hotel was clean and had a friendly staff. Our suite layout was very practical and clean. If I had to mention a couple of things, I would say that the bed mattress and the couch itself was more comfortable than mattress on the pull-out (but that is true of any sleeper sofa). The breakfast area is really small but efficient.
This was the most equipped hotel I have been in. Sofa couch, bed, microwave, stove, dish washer, pots and pans plus dish drain. Very nice staff, and everything was clean and neat. Breakfast could have offered more than waffles, oatmeal and yogurt. But it was still good. The sound of the heavy doors slamming all night killed my sleep.
Cant get any better for an over night or long weekend Only downfall Ive found is the local traffic. Can be hard to enter and leave.
Location was good. Everything else was poor customer service. I arrived at 10 p.m. And was told they were overbooked. they sent me to a different hotel with a lower star rating which I didn't even think was possible. They still charged me the original full rate. the hotel they sent me to was completely under renovation. it was horrible trip overall I will never go to this hotel again.
Quiet atmosphere. Clean and reasonably modern. Decent value for money. Free Wi-Fi with no login hassle required. Flat screen TV. Nice finishes in the rooms, such as granite countertops on the bathroom sink. Front desk man was friendly and helpful. Bedding was clean, and no filthy comforter either. Room had both a microwave and a mini fridge. Desk with office chair included. Forgot to give me coffee cups and water cups. TV was neutered so that you couldn't use an HDMI device to watch your own media; it only had old school style cable programming without DVR like features. Fan in the bathroom only recirculates the air through a worthless filter and doesn't remove the humidity. No central air, just a standalone unit without digital temperature controls, and windows cannot be opened either. Alarm clock was broken.
My stay was for three nights and although I requested a two beds, I had to request this after I was checked in. The representative was not friendly and the bathroom had mold and bathroom had broken toilet. I would not recommend a stay at this property.
The hotel is close to the highway. This hotel was by far the worst medium priced hotel I've ever stayed at. Someone from their corporate offices needs to see this crappy place. The elevators are filthy. They want to charge for their pathetic breakfast. The wallpaper is literally coming off the walls. Not to mention the hallways reek of moose ass.
Need to introduce free continental breakfast. Rooms are fine & clean. Location is good.
Location just off the highway. Stained bedsheets and blankets still littered with hair... Obviously meant they weren't changed. A ball of hair flew out of the hair dryer the moment I turned it on. Bathroom seemed moldy and still had trash from the previous guest. Towels had brown spots too but at this point decided not to bother the management - I had enough to worry about. To their credit though housekeeping got new sheets and blankets right away. Would not stay at another Wyndham. I'm done.
Majority of the staff was nice Some of the staff was a little argumentative during our stay with some of our friends
Yes room was very nice Nice
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were large, clean and well-maintained. HVAC unit was VERY loud in my room; had to shut it off to sleep. Lack of a free breakfast was disappointing, and having a lounge that closed at 8pm made it of no value to me.
Room was comfortable The room was a bit on the small side. We had no hot water Sunday morning!
Clean room. Excellent staff. The guy serving breakfast was awesome! Had a non smoking room but could smell smoke from other rooms in the hallways.
Close to everything All was very good
Good price, good location as it's close to must stores and high way. The fact that there was a bed bug Un the bed sheet.
I was in Duluth just for one night and not quite used to staying in a hotel. The service was amazing! I was greeted at the front desk by a manager. Everyone was friendly and professional, which made me feel comfortable immediately!
I would stay again but next time get joining rooms. The room had a weird vibration in the room. It was very annoying to sleep. Other then that, the room was clean.
Best value in the area. Great staff and clean rooms.
Friendly and extremely convenient. They have a good quality breakfast and a free printer and computers to use. Close to korean town and markets. The staffs are the nicests I've ever seen and they are willing to help you out.
Checking out. NO FLAT SCREENS. ROTARY PHONES. ROOMS TAKE ME TO BACK TO 1992. DONT STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE NICE THINGS. THIS IS THE WORST EFFING PLACE YOU COULD POSSIBLY GO TO. I JUST TRIED IT. STAY AWAY FROM IT. UNLESS THIS IS ALL YOU CAN AFFORD. LITERALLY. NICER HOTELS ARE LIKE $15 MORE.
Smelly rooms, cheap beds, dirty
My stay was awful. I was afraid to sleep under the cover to take a shower everything. The room wasn't cleaned at all....it just wasn't a pleasant stay.
Less than $50 for entire night The floor made my feet and socks black, there were no towels in my room. When I went to the office at 830 am to get a towel, I was told that they didn't have any and that I would have to wait until 1030 for house keeping to arrive to get a towel. Checkout was at 11 and the girl at the front desk told me "oh well" when I asked what I was supposed to do
The price was good. The bed was reasonably comfortable and at least a shower had hot water The place is kind of in the ghetto. There were many sketchy people around, and I don't get the heebie-jeebies too often. Overall it was dirty and rundown but it did the job OK. It was kind of what I expected. No towels or shampoo. That stunk. I had to kill a few bugs
The first thing I see walking in is a roach, the bed box looking terrible and by just sitting on the it moved to much.walked straight back to the office to get my refund.
