You must do something about the mattresses, they are way too soft and it’s about time you change them for new ones, to get a better quality of rest

Great old olive trees in front ! The rest is a disaster ! This hotel needs a total renovation. Temperature in the room was very high with no possibility to change it ! Missing doors in the shower. Old blanket. Never again !

We stayed at the Regent, and usually do when we travel to Warsaw. You cannot beat the service. The staff are so accommodating, the rooms are extremely clean, and the amenities are amazing. The indoor pool, and gym facility are both amazing. The breakfast is so delicious as they offer so much! Definitely worth it to stay here! We will be back!
