10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, convenient for our conference, room was comfortable, staff and service was above expectations. Hotel food/restaurant/bar was good. Also close to other restaurants.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has an amazing staff. The two restaurants are very good and offer really good food unlike most hotel restaurants. We had the one bedroom suite and it was very clean. The hotel has its own shuttle bus going to and from Disney check out is at 1200 am. I paid $170 per night and it was far better than the Fairfield inn by Marriott which is located right across the main entrance to Disney Land. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel!!
Cons: The prices in the little store of the hotel are somewhat ridiculous but it is a great hotel. Parking is rediculous with $27 per night. One Bus is not enough during peak hours to get guests to park.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great Hotel. Good Facilities.
Cons: $28.00 to Park my car was a bit much
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our first family trip ever. My girls absolutely loved the kid friendly bunks. It was so nice that mom and dad could say good night and close the door and watch tv. We also enjoyed the convenience of a shuttle to Disney. All in all, it was a great experience.
Cons: Parking for $28?! Yikes! This alone makes me re-think coming back.
6.8 Good
Pros: Easy access via shuttle which is convenient.
Cons: The shuttle/parking should be free for guests... I wouls have given an extra star for the extra value.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Room and hotel overall were very clean and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful and professional.
Cons: Price of food within the hotel restaurant was beyond exhorbitant...ridiculous...but otherwise we had no issues.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel lobby was beautiful and the employees were very nice. We had 3 different groups of family coming in and the person who checked us in gave us top notch service and was able to let us check-into our rooms early. He even let us have free shuttle tickets for everyone for Disneyland. I definitely will be back. With a group of 12 of us it was much easier to have the breakfast buffet at the restaurant in the lobby. it turned out great!
7.4 Good
Pros: The place was clean and very airy and open.
Cons: Lobby bathrooms were small and staff was very short with understanding kayak definitions of The room
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff was AMAZING there! we loved out stay.
Cons: The hotel is a bit dated but it was a great value for the deal we got.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and just as advertised. Front desk Staff was helpful and went above and beyond to send balloons and cookies to our room for my son's birthday. Breakfast was outstanding each morning and the breakfast staff was amazing. The workers never stopped moving- cleaning, replenishing, and even handing out stickers and activity sheets to the kids! Location was great- quick shuttle ride (additional ticket required) right up to the gates of Disneyland.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The 2 room suite is wonderful with a full kitchen.
Cons: The floor in the breakfast area was sticky both mornings we were there. Spills should be cleaned quickly to avoid this.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and welcoming lobby with fun options for kids. Breakfast was wonderful!!!
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim/Garden Grove, you'll be centrally located in Garden Grove, within a 5-minute drive of Anaheim Convention Center and Downtown Disney® District. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
6.2 Good
Cons: Would prefer to have a restaurant or eating options in the hotel.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The location and the complimentary breakfast.
Cons: there were only 2 elevators. It became very crowded at times. They had women competing in a competition that was not family friendly attire.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful in answering all of our questions. They were out of tickets for Disney but did get us taken care of for shuttle passes. Room was clean and bed felt great after a long day at the park. The provided continental breakfast was good, wish the hours went a little later for it.
Cons: Had to pay for parking which seems to be an annoying trend that's becoming common with hotels. Just another fee they tack on to a ton of others. Most people who travel have a car when arriving at their hotel-seems unfair to pay to park where you're staying.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good full breakfast included. Muffins and waffles are excellent. Eggs are ok. Large mini-fridge! Well running ice machines for your cooler if needed. Clean rooms and hotel. I loved the pillows too.
Cons: PARKING is terrible and NOT free! Pretty much full and spots open are only open because they are too small to fit any kind of car. I drive a fairly narrow mini van and it was hard to find a spot wide enough to park and get out the front seat. Beds are a little on the firm side, would have liked a softer bed. Elevators for some odd reason don't have up and down indicators outside while waiting, so sometimes you get it and it's going up when you wanted down, etc. Trash cans are right in front and just below the elevator buttons. So if you are in a wheel chair or have bags in your hands it is hard to get to the buttons. Rates were way too high for this level of stay, making the value low. I wanted to try something new but this was a mediocre change.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Facilities were very clean. The location was very convenient. The shuttle was a quick 5 minute ride to Disneyland. It was about a1 hour drive (with traffic) to Universal Studios.
Cons: Bed was a little stiff and the pillows were very squishy. If staying for a while and you like to unpack, there's only an armoire.
7.6 Good
Pros: Nice shower, breakfast, and bed was comfy. The staff was amazing.
Cons: Several surfaces in the room were sticky so I had to wipe them down with a wet wash cloth before settling in.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: The kids had tons to do. Water park is super fun, as are many other activities. The food was uniformly good-- not great-- but better than expected. The staff is really friendly and very well trained. All in all, we were quite impressed.
Cons: The buffet is overpriced and totally mediocre. The furnishings in the rooms couldn't be more basic. I get that the theme is "woodsy", but all the wood makes the place look like it was decorated in the early 90s.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Obviously you come to this resort to use the water park features, and they are totally awesome
Cons: Bedding and room service options could have been a little enhanced
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The water park was lovely. My kids had a lot of fun playing in the different areas. The extra activities add up in price but it's good to have variety as we needed a break from the water park sometimes. Although I found it small, our kids loved our room since they had a bunk bed in their own little area. The different activities provided by the staff are really cute (face painting, balloon animals). Most of the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful.
Cons: Sudden shut down of different areas of the water park without explanation. The ice cream/breakfast shop at the lower level are staffed with young people who could be better trained. One told me that the price of tea is the same throughout the lodge ($3.34 small cup). Dunkin' Donuts, which is only one level up, charges much less. Towels and food are not cleaned up so it is hard to tell which chairs and tables are free to use. A hot tub would be nice.
7.1 Good
Pros: Family friendly especially for little kids.
Cons: Choice of food within the facility; carpet appears worn and dirty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about this lodge. Check in was easy, getting around was easy and the entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. We hated to leave.
Cons: There was nothing I can complain about. The lodge exceeded my expectations.
6.0 Good
Pros: My son and I loved the water park, the food etc.
Cons: The staff needs to be trained for better customer service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great waterpark and entertainment for the whole family
7.7 Good
Pros: This hotel is totally kids friendly, my kids had the time of their life's. We will definitely be coming back again.
Cons: I don't like that kayak doesn't tell you when you bokk this hotel, that it only includes the hotel and not the water park, to our surprise when we arrived we had to pay $150.00 just to use the park.

Cons: As above.
6.2 Good
Cons: Pretty aged facility...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hot breakfast as well as evening reception meal. It was close 5min drive to Disneyland Resort parking.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great room, hi quality linens. Our expectations were met or exceeded at every turn.
Cons: It was a little far to Disneyland (about 1.5 miles). Convenient shuttle though.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious and very nice. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Cons: The pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my back.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: front desk was professional and courteous. Very helpful and worked in a timely fashion to meet all of your needs. Special shout out to Julio for going above and beyond to help us out. Breakfast with Leo was outstanding.
Cons: Nothing
5.4 Okay
Cons: Either book a room or the hotel itself, failed to book my room properly. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to figure out why my reservations were not placed. The hotel desk even had the nerve to tell me to come back in the morning to correct the issue when I pre paid the room. I will never stay at this hotel nor will I ever use book a room.
6.2 Good
Pros: Room size and layout
Cons: The entire hotel was soooo hot!!! Air in room never got below 72
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decore, large rooms, comfortable bed. I couldn’t have asked for more. Room service was great, our breakfast in bed was delicious.
Cons: There was still a charge for self park.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The AC and staff
Cons: The room seemed to have nats in the room. Near the bathroom area as well as the beds. There was also a flea when we had gotten in the room that we had to kill. I paid over $600 for a family suite and I will not ever do that here again. It was not worth my money. The bathroom was beyond small. Let alone the sink wasn't in the bathroom so anyone who used it was bond to wake up the people sleeping as there's no door. I could've stayed down the road for a lot less with a much better experience. I will be doing so next time and not returning here.
10.0 Excellent

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facilities, friendly/helpful staff, spacious rooms, and great location!
Cons: No microwave in the room. Beds need upgrading.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Nice rooms, great breakfast buffet, courteous staff, great shuttle service. The waitstaff in the restaurant were top notch, specifically Jose C!
Cons: Dinner selection was limited, expensive, and average. Parking is $12 per day, which is ridiculous considering the hotel is ~1 hour away from the LAX airport and all but requires renting a car. Carpeting & interior decor felt a little dated.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: should be a microwave in the room since there is a fridge. no complimentary breakfast. only 3 washers and dryers.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
Cons: Hot water could be hotter
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I like the location of the hotel. it was convenient40 z traveling around easy traveling around the area. In addition, it was near a strip mall and a wide variety of restaurants.
Cons: I was under the impression that it was a non smoking hotel. I woke up two days in a row with my newborn's hair smelling with the stench of smoke from the comforter. The staff were not friendly. they constantly asked my two ethnic teenagers for their room key each time they entered the hotel. And once they took the key from my son when he was trying to use the vending machine to verify my name on the reservation before returning it back to him. lastly when I was attempting to get the continental breakfast, I learned that you had to pay for the breakfast. For some reason my son and i were picked out randomly amongst an entire crowd of people to be asked for a buffet a ticket.I inform them that I thought it was included being the fact that a majority of hotels I have stayed in have always included continental breakfast. Instead of her explaining to me nicely and in a professional tone, the staff member it loudly and rudely told me" you don't have any money you have to pay to eat here" I was so embarrassed that I just put the food down and walked away. of course I have money to pay for the breakfast if I have money for the hotel duh! She could have kindly informed me that it was not included with the traditional hotels day and that a buffet voucher can be purchased at the front desk or bill to my room. I just found it strange that she picked us out of the entire crowd to ask us.i did not appreciate her loud talking me. I also did not appreciate the other staff members standing around me and my son as if we were going to cause a commotion.amongst a few other things that take too much time to mention, I just decided to come upstairs and pack my bags and leave. I decided to stay at another hotel for the rest of our trip. such a disappointment

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were great, very quiet rooms, Rooms were big and the Dorm Fridge and Microwave were just big enough to keep some cold beverages and make some hot snacks. Had a minor issue with the remote for the TV and they totally handled it... Folded up the blankets because I don't like the weight, when they made the bed, they understood and didn't put the blankets on... GREAT!
6.2 Good
Pros: Decent stay for a couple days. Very close to Disneyland. Towels were not new and felt scratchy. Beds were comfy. Bedding seemed old as well. Room was spacious.
Cons: Towels, pillows, overall old feeling to room. TV remote didn't work
6.2 Good
Pros: I liked that I was close to disney land. The front desk lady was really sweet with me. The beds were pretty comfortable and it was a natural hotel stay.
Cons: I didnt like that there was never any parking late in the night. I also didnt like that there is a 100$ deposit due at the time of stay. Just copy the debit card and that should be good enough. I needed my 100$ in order to spend it on gas and disney.MAKE SURE you know this before you book your hotel. Other than that, meh. The breakfast doesnt contain much either.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed here for 4 nights while on a trip to Disneyland. The facilities were clean and tidy. The employees were friendly and helpful. While I was in the parks my mom stayed at the hotel and utilized the pool and wifi. She liked that the hotel is far enough from the parks, where there was no one at the pool. It was well shaded and in it's own area. She liked the comfort of the hotel. The beds were comfy and I enjoyed my stay.
Cons: The breakfast could be improved. It was cold cereal, oatmeal, toast, and fruit.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were comfortable, quite and clean. Staff was friendly. Only a 10 minute drive from Disney.

Cons: The front desk women will not help you with reserving a specific room or area regardless of how early you contact them. If you are lucky enough to get any man working in the office, you will get better service and they will make an effort to work with you. I stay here at least twice a year for a week at a time so I know what to expect. Service staff is great.

Cons: Sheets
4.5 Okay
Pros: I cancelled my stay because the hotel was not as advertised. The front desk representative was very nice and offered to cancel my reservation at no charge, then helped me with to cancel with a full refund.
Cons: I cancelled because the hotel advertisement claimed to have a microwave in the room and it did not. The hotel blamed for the wrong advertisement and only has a microwave in the breakfast area for everyone to use. This was not acceptable to me.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The location was close to a Starbucks and Disneyland park.
Cons: The facility is next to a crack motel, the room was not clean, hair all over the bathroom. Mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain was falling apart. The most annoying thing was that the AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK. The view out the window is of a large pile of rubble and garbage, and a sh*tty apt complex, lovely. Also, on the last night of our stay the "maid" failed to leave any towels. And lastly, the king size bed was hard as a board. What a nightmare.

Cons: The room smelled the walls are filthy the sheets were stained the curtains were ripped. And the price advertised on the website isn’t what I paid they over charged me during check in and I couldn’t cancel since I was already there I had no choice but to over pay since I traveled from 2 hours away. Now I now just to go with a more high end hotel at least I’d get my money’s worth.
