I really disappointed with the car that you gave me. I booked in for intermediate car but I got compact car. In this car comfort at zero level. This car ruined my vacation. I need refund and I will never gonna use service from enterprise.2.0 Poor

Called me the day before pickup to tell me they didn’t have a 7 passenger SUV that I reserved. Tried to switch me to a small SUV. “We will pick you up” not if your in their zone ?? Ended up getting a SUV but all the added stress was painful.2.0 Poor

I made the reservation a few weeks ago, but received a call at 6pm from Enterprise 1700 Waverley Winnipeg, was told that no car available for my booking 7:30 am the next day, and not sure when the car will be available. Had to cancel the booking and spent more money and time to make another booking with other car rental company. almost ruined my trip next day.Budget

Poor inventory .. only 2 options ... bumpy jeep or gas guzzling huge truck. I tried to downsize my rental to a car (I was willing to pay same higher rate) but 0 cars available. Seemed like because Budget was out of the jeep dealership they were saving vehicles for loaners for dealership customers.Thrifty
