They didn't save a car for my reservation!
Cons: I arrived from my flight (on-time) to find a gentleman sitting behind the counter with headphones on, staring at his computer screen. After putting my ID & credit card on the counter, it still took him around 30 seconds to acknowledge my existence. Removing his headphones, he took my ID, typed my information into his computer, and then (without saying anything to me) walked over to his counterpart at the next agency. After a brief discussion, he returned and said "I see you have a reservation, but we have no cars." What is the possible purpose of taking a reservation if you won't actually hold a car for it? I even asked about returning to the airport the next morning to pickup a car, but he said I would just have to make a new reservation...obviously I didn't have faith in their system at that point.
