Cons (-) One of the desk clerks (in the morning) was extremely rude to a member of our party, putting her through the third degree over a nonworking key. His tone of voice was abusive and he virtually refused to replace the key until absolutely compelled to do so. He spoke to my friend as though she were a streetwalker.
