Pros: It was beautiful looking out at the views especially waking up in the morning. You can hear the birds in the morning and that is all you can hear, it is in the middle of no where however worth it. Great if your looking for some piece and quite. Breakfast was amazing the owner brings you breakfast in the morning, it was great eating our breakfast and looking out at the views. The host was very welcoming.
Cons: The only down fall to this was, me and my partner thought we was having the whole cottage as we brought food to cook as it shows a kitchen so we thought we would be able to cook something however the kitchen shown is the owners. So all you get is a room and bathroom, would of been better if we got the whole cottage however I know that it is the owners home and that's where they live.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike
Pros: A wonderful room during our business trip.

Pros: Everything, best small hotel I have stayed in for years. Food choice amazing, room was immaculate, shower was a blast (
Pros: Nice room with a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was lovely with lovely fresh strawberries and raspberries
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, comfortable accommodation and good food. If you are on a cycling trip, as we were, it is worth noting that there is a secure storage building at the rear of the hotel. It is also useful that single rooms are available.
Cons: Not applicable.
Pros: General ambience. A beautiful garden at the rear which we enjoyed in excellent weather. We dined in the restaurant from a varied menu and our meal could not be faulted. Our room overlooked the square of the quiet town which is situated in a very beautiful area. We shall return.
Cons: No complaints.

We found the hosts welcoming and very friendly. A very tasty and substantial breakfast awaited us. The local pub is a stone's throw away and food there was delicious. An excellent place to stay, lots of things to do in the area, you would need a car though. We will definitely return here.

Pros: Great place to stay, beautifully located between the mountains. Very spacious apartments with everything you need for comfortable stay. Great for kids as well, our daughter loved the hot tube. Strongly recommended
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the retreat as a family. The accommodation was big with lots of space for us to use as a family. We loved the spa pool and the rooms had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Felt very comfortable. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family as this property was very good value for money. And will probably come back with my girlfriends as a group break away.
Pros: Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. Ample spacious rooms with a cosy lounge, the wood burner
Cons: Poor drainage in shower led to humid and musty environmant
Pros: I loved the property and the whole ambience is good with the colours and decor very peaceful surroundings. great view in a beautiful part of the world.
Cons: I have looked over the website and tried to find where you are told that you, as a single traveler you would be subjected to total stranger using the Shared kitchen and living room. Although it mentions the shared kitchen and living areas it does not say that as a single person or couple you could be subjected to total strangers in nightwear first thing in the morning! This is not what I paid over a £100 a night for. As there are no coffee or tea facilities in the room I had to use the kitchen for my morning drink and breakfast. I think for a group of friends or family this is a perfect setup but I was on my own, one of the other rooms were occupied by two lads and another by and a couple with a dog. I felt my privacy was somewhat invaded at that time of the morning.. There are also other concerns with this but they did not affect me on this occasion. I was only told that there would be someone else there on my second night when I arrived. It was very expensive for a two night stay in what is a very nice upmarket but what is basically 5 star Bunk House. Also neither of the telephone numbers worked. The room I was in was a family room and again for a single person the double bed with the bunk over the top was rather an enigma
Cons: Patio doors on the room did not open so this was a major disappointment. Meant the bed room was to hot as well. Was given a fan but that did not make up for it. Doors to the pool room as well we're broken and did not open
Pros: This is a very unique place with a great consept. The place is divided to several units. Every unit has a few rooms. You get a Private room with a bathroom, the kitchen, living room, dining area are commoned. We had a lovely very spacious room with Comfortable beds. The jacuzzi is great. Snooker table, piano.
Cons: The bathroom drain wasn't so good. There were a lot of light coming from the roof window in the morning
Pros: Very modern and finished to a high standard. Just outside Devil's Bridge, with easy access to the steam railway and other local attractions. Really good walking in the area.
Cons: Staff weren't very helpful. Could be quite noisy, considering it was sold as a 'retreat'. They spared no expense in renovations up until they reached the shower in our room. No light over the shower, with no glass at all to let the light in, therefore it was really dark. And the shower tray looked like the builder needed a job for the YTS lad to do to kill time. It was hand trowelled slippery concrete, which was then painted black. Totally weird, considering the rest of the finish. Sadly not good value for money.
Pros: Hot tub was great and the standard of the shared space( kitchen and living area) was better than expected. The kitchen was very well equipped and well maintained.
Cons: At night the steps were a bit hazardous outside en route to the car parking area because the lighting was insufficient.
Located in Tregaron, Red Lion Hotel is within a 15-minute drive of Cors Caron and Devil's Bridge Falls. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Surprisingly the bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok
Cons: The floor levels in the room are uneven so the bathroom door didn't close and the furniture was leaning. Also the bar and dining area smelt bad
Pros: The reception staff were kind and helpful. The room was spatious and the beds were very comfortable. In the morning Dion made us unimaginably delicious breakfast.
Cons: Everything was great!
Pros: We and my 2 spaniels were made to feel very welcome. Everybody was char I g
Cons: There was. Lot of noise late at night from a group of folk enjoying sort of party outside just below my window
Pros: The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Location excellent for walking and sight seeing. Breakfast was really good, cooked well and tailored to our needs. Simple accomodation, good staff, good food, very clean - we are definitely returning. It isn't the Ritz.....but it's great and excellent value.
Cons: It's hard to be negative, for the money it's excellent value, the building is quirky not all floors are even. I thought it was the gin... Until hubby did say that there was indeed a slight slope to the floor in our room..... remember it's not the drink....it's the quirkiness of this little gem of a hotel.
Pros: Food was good the rump steak was top notch and so was the gammon steak, they were brilliant with the dog and made to feel very welcome
Cons: When I arrive at 16:30 the place was locked. Locals told me it did not open until 17:00. They arrived at 16:55 and I was booked in at 17:10.
Pros: All good
Cons: They don’t have iron to give to people.
Cons: I am disabled and walk with a stick and had the dog pthe staff could have offered to help me with tea/coffee etc at breakfast
Pros: It was close and convenient to where i needed to be friendly welcome. Pub with good beers.
Cons: Its a pub rooms were above the bar
