The staff were very friendly. Despite advice about "Quiet hours" overnight a party was allowed to continue, noisily, until after 3.30am! Fortunately the receptionist at checkout realised this, discounting our stay. She was the friendliest, most smiley person we met in Poland. This is an interesting area to visit, with several vineyards around waiting to be explored.
The noisy party disturbing our sleep!
All associates were very pleasant except one at the front desk upon my arrival. Otherwise great place to stay in ZG .
very nice room
Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety but the dinners in the restaurant are excellent. The Salatka Cezar and tartar were to die for. Air conditioning was lovely during the recent heat wave. Staff is very friendly and attentive.
It is located away from the town centre (about 3km) and has nothing much around it. The hotel has no elevator and there are stairs at the entrance so it is completely inaccessible to the mobility challenged.
By far the best room we had in Poland - we stayed at five different places during our trip. Also the evening meal was very good.
Again, a two-storey hotel which had stairs. I am putting this here as it may be important for people who find stairs difficult. Otherwise, the place has no bad points.
