Flight Cancelled Passengers Herded to Obscure Hote
Cons: Upon arrival to the airport, we were informed that the flight was cancelled. Without any information, we were put on a bus to go to a hotel that was chosen for us. I was only given the name of the hotel because I made the woman tell me. No choice was given in lodging. Once there, we were fed, again, no choice given. We were just told that lunch was ready. Facilities in the room did not work and just showering caused the bathroom to flood. Not to mention the low security outside where the gate was left open all night. In order to get my new flight itinerary, I had to go back to the airport to ask at the ASKY office. This situation was handled poorly because of their policies to "send people" to the arranged hotel.
