Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and varied breakfast options, with many finding the proximity to attractions and the quality of the morning buffet to be highlights of their stay. However, there are frequent complaints about the elevators, which are often slow, crowded, or out of order. Cleanliness and service receive mixed feedback, with some guests noting high standards and helpful staff, while others mention lapses in room maintenance and inconsistent service. Overall, the positives focus on location and breakfast, but operational issues, especially with elevators, detract from the experience.
