Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviewers highlighting positive experiences with service and welcoming attitudes. However, cleanliness is a significant concern for many, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor bathroom maintenance. Some guests also mention that the hotel appears dated, with worn furniture and facilities in need of repair or updating. While a few guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the value for money, others felt the hotel did not meet expectations for its advertised star rating. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and upkeep are needed.
