Decent meal with wine, better than I expected. Crew maintained composure when a passenger had a medical emergency ( he recovered and the flight continued normally).

Boarding process was chaotic as it often is when passengers need to be bussed out to the plane. Many passengers took the wrong seats and discrepancies in passenger count delayed the flight. At one point a family was asked to move, and take their carry-ons, but they were eventually allowed to return to their seats. Somehow it was resolved and we left. No personal TV , but overhead tv showed moving map for a while, then they switched to cartoons without sound. Airlines generally don't provide the best service or use the newest aircraft on African routes, so this was typical.

Boarding in Casa Blanca was incredibly disorganized and lengthy, with no communication from airline staff to help alleviate the chaos. We left one hour late. When we arrived at JFK we spent 1.5 hours on the tarmac waiting for a gate. There was no communication from airline staff explaining the delay or any attempt to minimize our discomfort- (provide water for example). Once we disembarked, we waited more than 2 hours for our luggage. After an hour, an airline staff explained the delay and then disappeared. She was remarkably defensive and unsympathetic. I understand that weather conditions u in NY contributed to some of this, but the lack of communication by airline staff was unconscionable. Also the food was terrible.

They flight was delayed a day on the departure and delayed two days on the return. The airline did not compensate for inconvenience and when I emailed them they did not have any substantive response. The tickets were cheap, but not worth the extra cost in hotels and time. I would highly not recommend this airline.

I’m not sure how much the airlines can control this, but boarding in Morocco was an absolute nightmare both coming and going. There are gates but the boarding flights are not really posted clearly and not announced. Even standing right next to the final checkpoint, you are likely to miss the boarding call. Fortunately it is such a cluster that you have enough time to eventually figure it out and not get left behind. Also, many connecting passengers had to check in and get boarding passes in Casablanca and whoever was in charge of seat assignments simply could not have cared less. I was traveling solo, but witnessed at least 4 separate instances of families not getting seated together or even in close proximity - even couples!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that many disgruntled passengers before a flight departs when a flight hasn’t been delayed or cancelled. Note to fellow passengers: If you’re traveling with others, check your tix/passes and ensure you’re sitting together before you walk away from the counter. And ask for clarification there if you’re not sure. If you make it to the plane with those passes, the plane crew will tell you that you accepted them so those are your seats - they will not work with you.

The agent was very accommodating at check-in to my request for a window seat.

My video screen broke in mid flight. The beverage service did not have any white wine. Furthermore, we were not allowed to board with water that was purchased in the secure area of the airport. And, on the plane sufficient water was not distributed to passengers during flight. Overall, a very uncomfortable flight.

Nothing to like truely. Please save yourself and never fly royal air moroc. You will end up spending more money than saving on their cheap fare.

After arriving to Malaga airport to go home at the business class check in desk we were informed that the flight from Casablanca to jfk was canceled so they won’t let us on the Malaga Casablanca flight. I was very surprised as I didn’t get any alerts and I called the airline and everything seems to be on time and not canceled. We went to customer service of air moroc and after hour long investigation we found that that the flight wasn’t canceled but the airline didn’t want us in Casablanca to get on that flight because they gave our business class seats to other people. we called and complained but there was nothing we could do because we were blocked from flying and they wouldn’t board us. The computer system didn’t allow them. We asked if we were on the flight the next day and they couldn’t confirm. We were told that in 3 days we could get on a flight back to nyc. We bought separate last minute super expensive tickets from another airline and left that evening to Madrid, got a hotel there and left the next morning to Atlanta and then jfk. No one from the airline wanna help us and rebook the tickets. People over the phone were contradicting people at the Malaga airport. It was a nightmare.

The entertainment is decent on these flights, usually. The don't switch up the movies often, but there are always some recent releases.

This was a rough flight. First, Air Maroc at some point rescheduled the flight to some six or seven hours later than when I booked it, without bothering to even send any notice. Apparently according to their terms of service they can just change flight times as they like, and passengers are responsible for somehow figuring it out and dealing with the consequences. Oddly, the original flight time was still posted online even after I learned of the change, so the only indication of the change was the boarding time on my ticket. When I asked for the new itinerary, RAM employees seemed very confused about why I would want to know when I was arriving in New York (which ended up being 1 AM instead of 5 PM). To the airline's credit, they did offer accommodation in Casablanca, if you stood in an hour-long line. However, although I had been flying since 5 AM and not leaving Casa until 10 PM, I was not offered vouchers for breakfast or dinner, but only lunch (at 2 PM). Because I had to leave the airport in Casablanca, I had to go through security half a dozen times, including while boarding, with various harmless things confiscated. The flight was kept extremely dry, and the crew was stingy with water (although tea and coffee were abundant), only offering water twice during a nearly 8 hour flight despite my requests, and doling it out in small cups which they seemed annoyed to refill. The crew was not efficient or fast. The food on Air Maroc is often okay, but this time it was nearly inedible, especially with little to wash it down. It was not the worst flight I've been on, but it was pretty miserable.

I’m not sure how much the airlines can control this, but boarding in Morocco was an absolute nightmare both coming and going. There are gates but the boarding flights are not really posted clearly and not announced. Even standing right next to the final checkpoint, you are likely to miss the boarding call. Fortunately it is such a cluster that you have enough time to eventually figure it out and not get left behind. Also, many connecting passengers had to check in and get boarding passes in Casablanca and whoever was in charge of seat assignments simply could not have cared less. I was traveling solo, but witnessed at least 4 separate instances of families not getting seated together or even in close proximity - even couples!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that many disgruntled passengers before a flight departs when a flight hasn’t been delayed or cancelled. Boarding in Casa Blanca was incredibly disorganized and lengthy, with no communication from airline staff to help alleviate the chaos. We left one hour late. When we arrived at JFK we spent 1.5 hours on the tarmac waiting for a gate. There was no communication from airline staff explaining the delay or any attempt to minimize our discomfort- (provide water for example). Once we disembarked, we waited more than 2 hours for our luggage. After an hour, an airline staff explained the delay and then disappeared. She was remarkably defensive and unsympathetic. I understand that weather conditions u in NY contributed to some of this, but the lack of communication by airline staff was unconscionable. Also the food was terrible.
