Pros (+) The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the morning buffet was wonderful.
Cons (-) Lack of attention to detail for a supposed high end hotel. The bath would not fill with water because of a broken plug. There were no coffee filters, the safe inside the room didn't open. We heard loud music in the middle of the night, after 20 minutes I called room service to deal with the disturbance.
