Pros: When we actually did go, it was a great experience.
ANA was also great with food and hotel vouchers to mitigate the storm delay.
Cons: Delayed for 8 hours by typhoon.

Really caring staff
Pros: ANA really cares about you. They offered kind help for my connecting flight and comforted me when I was interviewed at the customs. Excellent service they offered!

Pros: Staff was attentive and kind
Cons: There was a junction box directly in front of my feet. Seats also did not recline. Very difficult to sleep.

Cons: Maybe a few more new movies.
2 passengers examined by physicians before any other passengers allowed to disembark in Honolulu - perhaps all passengers could wait in terminal instead of on the aircraft next time.

Worst flight ever
Pros: There was nothing to like
Cons: They failed to arrive at the airport, diverted to a different airport after flying in circles for an hour, and then forced us to remain in the aircraft on the Tarmac in sweltering heat without air conditioning for two and a half hours. Then we had to wait an additional two hours at the airport so they could switch out the pilot to fly back to the first airport, where of course everyone had missed their connections. I think I developed a fear of flying, but it's hard to tell because they have yet to rebook the connection I missed! We waited in line for three hours, they closed the line and we waited another 8 hours for the privelege of waiting in line for another 2, just so ANA could tell me that they couldn't do anything and I needed to talk to United. I can't even get a hold of a united representative! I've never experienced a flight this terrible or service this poor and unorganized.
