Cancelled flight after waiting 3 hrs.
Pros: Nothing at all was done right. Worst excuse for an airline I have ever flown with (and I fly United and Delta all the time). They had us wait at the terminal for an additional 3 hours only to tell us the flight was "delayed" until the morning. While waiting in line for hotel vouchers they informed everyone that the flight was cancelled completely, and this was after sending many people on their way to hotel thinking they had a flight at 9am, which at this point it was already well past 1am in the morning. Surely people showed up next morning only to find out they actually didn't have a flight. I fortunately got the news before getting to front of line and got another flight, however well past getting back in time for work the next day. The flight was scheduled for 1:20pm and I had to check-out of the filthy voucher-hotel with an additional 2.5 hrs to kill only to find out that my re-booked flight is also already delayed. Poor professionalism, poor service and poor attitudes from staff throughout.
